They're talking about taking a loan out to pay Millsap and dumping Boozer to retain the cheaper player... I think he got let go so the team could save money. He's got some obvious flaws but has one obvious strength too

Almond probably just had a tough break coming to a team that has a specific style that doesn't match his style of play. Sloan is a tough S.O.B. and I disagree that he's fair. He's as much of a nut job as Larry only he's not a soundbite guy. He saves his best quotes for his players in the lockerroom and it ain't pretty.

Really Almond was a victim of the salary cap and time ran out. 2 years isn't a long look. I think he's gonna fit in here and do fine.
