I like the analogy to Marbury. Both are capable of saying the dumbest things. Both have an inflated opinion of themselves. Both of them have made themselves into laughing stocks.

And both fancy themselves as point guards...
And both are quitters.

so this is gonna be all about palin and an intern????

Both drive trucks?

Maybe Marbury can play for that NBA expansion team they have up there - The Anchorage Polar Bears.

she must have asked herself, "what would a maverick governor do right now?" and the obvious answer was, "quit her f**king job!"

She's more the Britney Spears of politics.

It's funny to watch conservatives, who on the one hand throw venom at Barak Obama for having a date with his wife in NYC, about the money he wasted or daring to do anything but do presidential matters, try to defend her 15 EXPENSIVE ethics probes and basically her quitting on her job.

She is a joke, but because today's conservative movement is a joke, she is a hero.

It was a pretty mavericky move. Sort of like when John McCain suspended his campaign for the financial crisis...

LMAO @ conservatives and the republican party. Damn, they are becoming so pathetic, I almost want to feel bad for them.

Democrats are letting the Rethuglicans off the hook. You know if the democrats were this embattled and in such disarray with a scandal a week and an approval rating on the level vermin infestation, conservatives wouldnt let anyone forget it.

It's because Democrats are held to a higher standard. Progressives are mostly more intelligent, and do not go for the ruthless classlessness usually portrayed by the modern conservative party in America. If the tables were turned, like when Clinton had his affair, the likes of Ensign, Gingrich, Guillianni and Sanford all laid into him with a viciousness usually only shown in pro wrestling interviews. Yet all of them cheated on their wives, Sanford and Ensign were recently caught and REFUSE to step down. I wish Dems would get more vicious, but it's prob best of they dont. Maybe behind the scenes. Like Rahm Emanuel who Repubs HATE because he uses their tactics in ways they never imagined.

PalinBury!!!!!

Sebby, Can't bury them like that. They come back.

They are doing a fine job by themselves.

Dems control the house with the sixty. Eighteen months and its gonna start going the other way. Its like when a team goes up by 37 points early in the third period. Then you bring in Balky and with nothing to lost you get it down to twenty points at the end of the game.

Bottom line is Barak is the point and he has a big lead. Things will need to improve othewise he'll get some blame.

Its ok, gotta lose some along the way.

Dems controlled Congress for 40 years until 1994 (as you probably know). I believe that if they get their act together, especially with health care reform, they can control Congress for a full generation. But if they continue on the pace it looks like they're on, their control of Congress will be short IMO.
