Great. My only question is why this wasn't done last year or at least more of an effort made to get that pick.

I think the $3 mil is per trade, but I'd have to check that.

I'm assuming that's from Hahn? If it is, he should know better. Teams buy picks every year.

#18 would be nice, better than #28 but I think most of the names floating around will be gone by #18. I dont know much about the tail end of the draft prospects. Who would be good at 18?

If nobody slips to 28 of note (like Lawson, Maynor or Teague), I would pick Danny Green. Rodrigue Beaubois is interesting. Taj Gibson could be good.

another first round pick means guaranteed money for 2010. it may only be $700-800g's but it's still guaranteed and the cap is also going to come down. this may mean nate will be let go for nothing.
