Ahhhhhh, I was waiting for the typical Bitty condesencion and discussion of intelligence levels.

There was no surprise uttered in any of my threads. Just commenting on how poor the coverage was. At least make an attempt at objectivity. That's all I want.

I'm not even attacking your intelligence just pointing out that your becoming Mr Obvious and redundant. It's like me saying the sky is blue. I just don't really understand why you used this particular event to jumpstart your complaints about the US media. The US media is not objective and it hasn't been for a long while unforunately that's just the way it is as long as single companies control mass forms of communication. With that background alone it should have told you that something like the "Tea-Bagging Protests" were not going to receive objective coverage.


And for the last freaking time CNN IS NOT A LIBERAL MEDIA OUTLET! Reporting on the Octomom or that captain from that ransomed ship is NOT LIBERAL NEWS REPORTING!

If you wanted the real story about these protests why didn't you take the day off from work and attend? So you could get the truth about these protester's message.

You came to this thread ready to accuse people of being Parisan and when no was you still accused of us of making this a Dem vs Repub issue. It failed sorry I agree with you the media is terrible you cannot expect good coverage about many issues that's just the way it is now can we move along.

got to be honest with you Bitty, you are clearly biased and partisan and impossible to have a discussion with, without an insult being thrown in. I blame myself though for getting sucked in. I am send closk.

My first thread was about the media. The responses were in regards to the racist whites, Bush etc, conservatives etc. It degenerated from there, as does any "serious conversation" on this site.

Dude if we keep using it, it will sweep the nation. Just a matter of time before we make it into the Russian Urban Dictionary. I started using it at home. Best part about it is I can say something is send closk and nobody has any idea if I am being insulting or dishing out a compliment,and neither do I.

The key is not to overuse it. It's such a powerful phrase that you want to use it all the time, but sometimes you have to keep a send closk to yourself so that you don't saturate the market and diminish it's meaning.

If you watched CNN or MSNBC most of the protestors had ulterior motives. If you watched Fox you would think ALL OF THE PROTESTORS were angels sent from above to save us from the government. The reality is that the real story was not told, and never is by these stations. All I know is that the line between Sean Hannity, Rush Limbaugh, Rachel Maddow, Ed Shultz(all people paid to give their opinions) and those that bring us the news(people paid to give us information) has not just blurred, it has disappeared. That is a scary thing.

I'm really puzzled as to why you're so outraged over this story in particular.
