Ugh. You keep using our record as the backbone of your arugment as if all 21 y/o second year players, with limited experience, are expected to put the team on their backs and carry them to 50 win seasons. Comparing our team to the championship Pistons of 2004 is ludicrous.

He is a wildly inexperienced player, who has shown great promise and almost limitless potential. Despite that, he is already performing at a very high level and putting up impressive numbers.

You cant make any declarations over a player this young, but he is hard working, versatile, immensely talented, and approaches the game the right way. Bone headed mistakes are all par for the course. Definitely the best home grown prospect I've seen in a NY jersey. By far.

When he stops shooting 3's even though he is a poor 3-point shooter then I will praise him. Stop shooting 5 f'in 3's a game when you can't shoot for ****. Drive the ball more. And when you drive, learn how to react to what the defense gives you and not just throw up a BS shot or do the same tired spin move. Hopefully it develops over time.

Blame his dumb ass coach for his dumb ass gameplanning. The man had Z-Bo taking 3 pointers for pete's sake. Now it appears they want Jeffries to try and start taking them.

I'm sorry you're wrong. Gallinari is going to be a star. Couldn't you tell in 28 games and one half of a summer league game? He even manage to score 20 points once in one of those games and grab 6 rebounds so it is pretty obvious.

LOL. My bad. Interesting tho, how the same people who are so insistent about being overwhelmingly negative over Chandler, who is playing very well for a player his age, are the same ones who demand the patience of Job for Gallo even though he's played about five minutes all year. Funny how that works out.

Chandler can very easily be a Tayshawn Prince type player, a starter on a contending team. He is a two way player with multiple talents on offense who just needs to develop. He is basically a rookie. He can be a versatile and effective piece on a winner.
Lee, on the other hand, is wildly overvalued and is possibly just a good sixth man on a winning team. People who are wowed by his stats this season are missing the point. His numbers this year are total fool's gold. As stated many times on this board, he has huge, important holes in his game that cost the team wins. Period.

I dont know why I'm even engaging you since your opinion is so ridiculous, but, FYI, Chandler's second year is superior to Prince's second year across the board in pretty much every category. Specifically in the scoring dept, as he is averaging four points more.

I honestly dont know what you are trying to accomplish with this, but you are making yourself look REAL dumb.

Im cluess as well to what he's trying to prove. He's saying that a player with a low bb IQ can never get it. Well thats like saying player's never get smarter as they mature.
Im pointing out to cosmic how well he plays on defense but he clearly over looks that fact and say's he's dumb as brick. Most young players have a low IQs coming in, what the heck are talking about.

how high of an IQ did people think Gerald Wallace had when he first came to the NBA? he struggled mightily in his 1st 3 seasons at SACtown, but he busted out when he finally got the opportunity to be a feature player on another team... if Wilson Chandler continues to improve i see no reason why he can't be every bit as good as G Wallace if not better.

The thing is that the guy isn't struggling. LOL, I asked in another thread is Yi a star yet? Because the way this board was going nuts in 2007 about missing out on guys like Yi, Wright, Noah, Conley, Almond and Belinelli, I wonder if they feel those guys are in a state of despair.

yeah i think Chandler's been 1 of the brightest spots in our season actually... i love the way he's progressing & i personally think he's gonna get much better... just saying i don't get this "low basketball IQ" argument at all... that's just a loada bunk.
