Thompson would not have been a bust at 6 and Greene was considered a potential lottery pick at one time. All of them have either put up better numbers or had a half or two where they showed the 'tremendous potential' that Gallo is given credit for by some on this forum.

How many times are we going to go over this? Seriously dude. I think it's hard for anyone to show potential when they are ****ing injured. It ain't that hard to comprehend. Gallo isn't a bust. And if he is eventually, it will be because of injury and not court ability. Why? Because we haven't much of him to see what we have and we definitely haven't seen him healthy.

Donte Green? You kidding me? Yeah putting up 4 PPG on 34% shooting, 27% from 3 are amazing stats. Hey, guess what? He's a bust. He sucks. I mean we are judging guys off of one year, right?
Thank you, Rick Brunson.

Why is D'Antoni doing a callback to Isiah by laughing after blowout losses?

Because they have similar characteristics as I noted in many of my threads.

David Lee is at 0-10%.

This is how David Lee has always been on defense.

I think he is hurting. I think many of the starters are hurting to be honest. The season is starting to have its toll. You just can't excuse Duhon and Gallinari and then throw everyone else under the bus without excuses. Also this isn't nothing new from a D'Antoni coach team. The Suns seem to always break down this time of year heading into the playoffs. They would get some strange loses.

My point in my first post is that every night if you did not like the Gallo pick there will be regrets because the 08 draft class was extremely deep and talented. I don't think Gallo was a top 15 pick without a back injury in the 08 draft. That is as much a statement about the talent available in the draft as it is about Gallo. I think what compounds the feeling that the organization blew it is when seven footers come into the Garden who could have been drafted by the Knicks and dominate. I have a hard time letting it go because the Knicks had a tremendous opportunity to improve the team and they blew it.

David Lee is in his 4th season. This is the player that he is. He isn't a rookie an he doesn't need excuses. The funny thing is that you're saying "you can't excuse Gallinari" but you actually aren't excusing him. You've been on him from the beginning and never game him an leeway when he has been injured the entire time with an arguably much painful injury.
Thank you, Rick Brunson.

Did the Knicks let the Kings off the hook? The Kings were set to become the first Western Conference team in NBA history to not win a game against the east for the whole season;

I was talking about his skillset. If the player can't go then he can't go. There's a difference Gallinari said he can't go anymore. I have no problem with shutting him down but that doesn't change what I and others perceive about his skillset. Lee seems to be hurt but isn't talking about it because his team needs him. Lee can't defend the post whether he is healthy or not but he appears to be injured like Gallinari. I was wondering why come you and others defend Gallinari because of injury but not Lee.

Because Lee provides 0 effort on defense. Gallinari with a bad back at least attempted to do something on the defensive end. And how long has Lee been injured? 3 games? How serious is his injury if he's starting and playing 30 MPG?

Lee was the last pick in the first round. He was taken with the 30th pick in an average draft. Gallo was taken 6th in what was considered one of the best drafts ever. There is a big difference.

Just caught the end of Knicks in 60. Can't wait to catch the whole game in an hour.

I just can't get enough of this playoff push. There's no doubt that this team, led by D'Antoni, deserves to be in the playoffs and they're obviously going to learn so much from this playoff experience.

Is there any doubt at this point that Lee and Nate need to be re-signed immediately regardless of the cost? They provide the veteran leadership that you need. Without them this team might not show up some nights.

I was listening to WFAN this morning and some guy called in going ape sheeet because he said he'd just be the house on the game. It was Knicks giving 12 for some reason.

That dude must be a happy mofo today.
Alan Hahn: Nate Robinson has been on a ridonkulous scoring tear lately (remember when he couldn't hit Jerome James with a Big Mac in early January?)

WOW this team just does not care. They gave up before the Nets game and it clearly carried over. Not sure what triggered it but I am damn sure they have given up.

No big deal really for this team was clearly done in mid February after they lost their 6th straight.

Sad thing is in passing in another thread on another forum I said "Watch us get blown out by the Kings tonight."

Whoops...

Well, it's officially time to start playing the other guys more minutes, more affectionately known as "tank" I suppose.
