I just don't click on anything this guy writes anymore. I'm all for the petition but it would be easier if everyone stopped clicking on any Berman posts.

Perhaps we can petition UK to stop posting his crap.

a pragmatic option - just petition andrew & martin to take berman off the ultimateknicks feeds. makes it easier to ignore him, maybe takes a nibble out of his readership. i'm sure they could make it happen in some form if it's the UK consensus.

personally, i'm ambivalent. i have no respect for what berman writes but still read some of his articles and blogs out of morbid curiosity.

Wishing everyone well. I enjoyed posting here for a while, but as I matured I realized this forum isn't for me. We all evolve. Thanks for the memories everyone.

CHICAGO - When I see Mike D'Antoni boil it down to a seven-man rotation in tonight's 105-100 loss at the United Center, afraid of giving a single minute at point guard to Las Vegas summer-league practice star, Anthony Roberson, I wonder if the coach truly has regrets.

I wonder as he squeezes 45 minutes out of fatigued Chris Duhon tonight, if he wishes he didn't banish Stephon Marbury when the regular season began. I wonder if Donnie Walsh had told D'Antoni that the Golden State Warriors were very interested in Jamal Crawford since summertime. I wonder if D'Antoni wonders if Walsh and Glen Grunwald and the Knicks New York Knicks ' army of scouts did their medical homework on Cuttino Mobley.

I wonder if D'Antoni wishes on Thanksgiving Eve in Auburn Hills, he told Marbury that he didn't give a damn if his heart wasn't into it, that the jersey will be in his locker, he will suit up and he will play basketball if he wants to continue to earn those paychecks that net him $199,000 per contest.

I wonder if D'Antoni wishes, when Marbury told him: "You said you were going in a different direction'', that he retorted, "Coaches are allowed to change their minds.''

I wonder if D'Antoni really is as "excited'' as he says he is about how delightful and spirited the locker room is. Or I wonder if he wishes he just had more players who can make shots, which many nights Quentin Richardson can not. I wonder if D'Antoni wishes he listened to a certain European scout who told him as a friend that Danilo Gallinari missed a lot of games in Italy for mysterious leg injuries.

Just wonderin'.

Getting rid of Berman cuz you don't like him is akin to censorship. This idea is worse than any of Dolan's propoganda machine crap he pulled the last few years.

Judging by the chants in the garden there are still quite a few Marbury fans at the beginning of the season and the only way to squelch that was for Mike show that he can put a hard working unit on the court. He has delivered.

The more success mike has, the less Marbury has. The stronger the lockerroom is, the weaker marbury is.

If you hate Berman and read his stuff to see what a jerk he is, then you support his viewership and his readership increases. Who cares what he writes, its the product on the court that is the real story.

In some aspects, the marbury story does have some angles. Playing Duhan 48 min is crazy. But Mike is making it happen! We are paying 20mil and we are short handed with a 20mil able body. Like I said, its just another mans perspective.
