6. Playing the identity-challenged Pistons on the road on the back end of a back-to-back tomorrow night

7. Getting Cuttino acclimated in time to match up with Jamal (who takes a wrong turn in the hallway and goes to the home locker room before dropping 37 points) and the Warriors on Saturday.

8. Fingers crossed that Jeffries comes back with no setbacks. Yeah, we know he never looked all that good. I'm jus' sayin' compared to Mallik Rose he looks like Beyoncee.

9. Can Eddy Curry see his first minute of action before New Years Eve?

10. Jerome James barely makes to to practice late on Janauary 1, stoned out of his mind. As punishment, D'Antoni starts him at center against the Pacers on Jan 2 and forces him to play 46 minutes.
