I liked Ewing Jr too, but his contract was the easiest to dump, so that's why it happened, also no one has jumped at picking him up yet, so what's the big deal.
The deal is that these "arm chair QB's" think they know much more than the people running the teams.
first it was L. Postell, R.Morris, D. Nichols and now P.Ewing Jr.
Where are they now?
i have a good feeling Roberson will be on that list in due time.

Bunch of no-names. And I still don't see anyone knocking down the door for Jr.

Just to be fair, I don't recall anyone ever saying he was going to make a difference. The whole idea of signing him was because of the flexible contract that can either be picked up or released soon. Works fine for me and if he can contribute, then it's a plus.
I'll never trust this' team again.

u don't sign up a D League type talent so u can have the flexibility to trade him later... that's nonsensical... they signed him because they were planning on letting Marbs go & wanted to make sure they had the depth at the G position... when Dolan refused to buy him out they were stuck w/too many G's on the roster... everyone knows neither Roberson or Ewing Jr will have any appreciable difference on this team this year, so the argument is why not opt for the better PR move & go w/PEJ? at least the fans liked to root for him... Roberson adds nothing to this team & will never be a tradeable commoodity... he serves no purpose.
