Nixluva, you don't get it but as a coach/manager it is professional to talk to your employees. If you have not been in a professional environment it is hard to describe. You just don't walk into a workspace and say Bob, Jane and Ben, you're all on board. The rest well you'll figure it out. Curry and D'Antoni aren't best friends or a couple that are breaking up. There should be professional procedural methods involved. Management 101.

i dunno about u but i was once laid off from a major corporation & nothing was said to me in the days leading up to it... it just happened... my supervisor gave me no clues whatsoever & things seemed peachy keen whenever i bumped into her... ideally you would like to be talked to if something like this is about to happen but if u know u'r not doing the things that are expected of u in the workplace, u really have no right to cry or moan about not being warned before the company decides to go in another direction... Eddy's a grown man & he's making $9 million freakin' bucks to sit his fat lazy butt on the sidelines & still has $18 mil more coming to him!!!... what the hell does he got to complain about anyway???

But someone told you weren't working there anymore? You didn't just show up the next day and someone say hey what are you doing here I thought you got laid off.
