Funny how some of you think the Clippers are obligated to take on Zach and his contract just because they lost a stud in Brand. That's because you're going strictly by stats. When Zach is outgoing on your trade scenarios, he's a solid 20 and 10 big man who can get the job done. But when he's incoming/staying, he's a thug who's 20 and 10 has less value than his parties in Indiana.
I don't think anyone is naive enough to think that Zach's value is extremely low. I just think people believe that the Clippers are kinda stuck in a rut right now, especially since they are signing Baron Davis to a team with no one else on it. I just can't see the reason behind signing Baron and not having a PF to go with it. I mean we all know Zach is loose canon, but I think if theres ANYWHERE that he can in the NBA right now, it's the Clippers. I just think they are that desperate.
