Minko just reported it on WFAN. This was the conversation verbatim with Mad Dog:

Minko: There are reports that the Milwaukee Bucks are trading Yi to the Nets for Richard Jefferson.

Mad Dog: Who are the Nets getting?

Minko: Yi.

Mad Dog: Who's Yi?!?

Swear to God.

Son....they are gonna be ballin.

Only sore spot to everyone except me is Charlie Villenueva. I would trade them Zach for Mo, and Charlie if that were possible.

Zach, RJ, and Redd is a respectable big 3.

Add to that Young-Buck Sessions, and the Cowboy Desmond Mason, they have great athleticism and defensive potential. Bell is okay too. And what about whoever they draft at 8?

The Bucks stand to be entertaining as hell next year.

they'll be exciting to watch but that team isn't built to win championships IMHO... there aren't any real franchise calibre players on that team... they need a stud to build around.

that said, what happened to their pick? is that going back to NJ in the deal or no?

The Nets might not even be moving to Brooklyn which means Ratner and Jay-Z will both be out as owners. Lebron won't even come close to the Nets if that happens and right now its pretty possible.

The Supreme Court threw out the critics' case couple of days ago. Groundbreaking will begin later this year. Sounds like they will be moving to Brooklyn.

They are not ready for a championship yet, but they are improved. They've given themselves possibilities and opportunities, and they have valuable chips.

Only way this is fair for NJ is if they switch picks.

With Yi gone, I assume the Bucks may focus thier attention on Kevin Love at PF. How about we trade our 6th pick to the Bucks for Ramon Sessions and 8. If we really want Galinari, I'm sure he'll still be there.
