On a random note: Whats with all the tattoes? Seriously it seems like every inch of his guy is covered in some kind of ink his arms, legs, neck, chest, he looks kind of ridiculous.

On an equally random note.....what you doing friday [: O]

Getting a tattoe on my ass of course

be careful of those Thai tattoo places... u might come back from there with "Tap this sh!t" written on your ass in sanscrit instead of "Formidable"

I was actually thinking of going with "Bruised Not Broken"

What about "gangsta 187"? Or the always adorable "thug life"?

Cosmic - The Mayor is not Mardy Collins

Without overstating the case as his campaign manager, Chandler is a rare breed of 6'8 player who can make decisions on shot selection, handle the ball effectively enough to get to the rack (please note his low turnover numbers) and has learned the defensive schemes in only cameo minutes.

Detroit did not shoot poorly merely by accident.

Let's not get confused.

There is no confusion I'm simply pointing out that both players showed promise in a month that's not competitive and we have not heard from Mardy since. I refuse to take a few games in April by Chandler and anoint him not only our starting SF of the future but a potential star in the NBA. We acted that way with what we saw of Mardy and I'm just not going to do that with Chandler.

I want to see more of him and I want to see it during more meaningful and competitive moments in time before I bother to get all worked up about what he's done these past few games.

Cosmic - of course you understand that much of the campaign for The Mayor is done with tongue firmly planted in cheek. But with that said, this discussion is an interesting parable for evaluating and projecting NBA-calibre talent in the draft.

Of course, three solid games do not make a career any more than winning an NCAA Championship or else Jack "Goose" Givens would be an all-star. If you had to go on record and trust your Spidey sense, would you say that The Mayor has displayed enough versatility to be a part of the Knicks rotation next season?
