realisticly, we won't have the 1,2,or 3rd pick. if we could get rid of little z, i'd love to pick up blake griffin. (if he comes out) he reminds of beasley w/out 3 point range. an absolute monster in the paint, supremely athletic, strong as hell, and can pass well out of the double/triple team. (which he sees often) read his scouting report, and it is absolutely on point. he is very much like carlos boozer.
I read up on him before. He is definitely intriguing, but do you think he can play center at 6-9 like Boozer?
nah, but the kid can play. and play strong even as a freshman. his older brother plays on the same team, but blake is just on another planet in terms of skill set and ability.

What about Lee? Granted I am not worried about Zach or Curry, and honestly I don't need a 7 foot beast in the middle to make me happy. There are guys who play center bigger than their size (Ben Wallace, Boozer, Mourning) and there are 7 footers play smaller (Mehmet Okur). Heck one of the better shot blocking role playing centers is Kendrick Perkins and he is 6-10(On DraftXpress, Blake is listed at 6-10, draft.net lists him at 6-9).
Personally I would like to see us get Rose and another player in this draft-it is very light on SG's. Blake would be nice, and another player I am intrigued by is Tyler Smith of Tennessee. 6-7, versatile, 2/3, I think he is the best defender on Tennessee and a leader.
If we ended up with Blake, Tyler Smith, were able to trade for Ford, and able to sign JR Smith and Chris Duhon as a backup PG, I would be happy.
