Over a 4 1/2 year period, how do you spend half a billion dollars on players and coaches and trade away 4 potential lottery picks, without having even a single player that you know would be a certain starter on a contending team? It's really mindboggling how all we have to show for it are a bunch of role players.

Fuck him. He made his bed and ****ed over many more people from the NBA to the CBA and back again in his wake. If guys display no sense of leadership or professionalism, he has no further to look for blame than the guy in the mirror who made them who they are. Overpaid bitch ass babies.

He's finally getting his just due and he better hold on to this job for all its worth because it will certainly be his last running a team unless he finds an ******* bigger than himself and Dolan combined in the future. The way he did Chaney and Wilkins is what was disgusting. I didn't and still don't even like Larry Brown and that was a damn mess. The way he came in and treated each and every individual who worked in that organization for years was ridiculous.

His lack of knowledge, respect and general give a ****-ness regarding the history of this once proud franchise located in the MECCA of basketball for pete's sake should be enough to kick his West Side of Chicago ass back to the ****ing Midwest. We're not Detroit. We're not Indiana. We're damn sure not Chicago. Regardless of how low the bar has been set thanks to him and Layden, we're still NY and people in this organization need to start acting like it.

You don't treat people like **** and then expect anyone to have sympathy for you, especially in an environment like the NBA where the man who hired you (Walsh) may one day be replacing you. Or the man you disrespected as a player (Bird) may one day be firing you. Or the man you can't stop talking about (Layden) may have better job security in this league than you. Or the man (Marbury) you mortgaged a future for and alienated hard working players for may be your downfall.

Isiah should be forced to coach out the rest of the season, made to go through pre-draft workouts and then escorted out of the building TWICE by security with every news channel camera in the state present while Anucha, Jeff Nix, Mike Saunders, Kurt Thomas and Dikembe Mutombo commentate the damn proceedings. Fuck him.

Isiah set this culture in place by the way he treated the last 3 coaches. It was bound to happen to him. It's human nature. Once the culture is set it remains in place until you actively change it.
