"I don't think there was ever a team that had to try to rebuild from that type of situation we found ourselves in," Thomas said of taking over the Knicks in December 2003. "I'm very happy about our future and where our organization is going. And the young players we were able to accumulate."

Another Isiah gem after tonight's game.

Sounds like a desperate *******.

I'll go back to my "Isiah vs. a Brick" theory. If a Brick had found itself in "that type of situation" and did nothing but let the big salaries that he inherited expire and collect high lottery picks, the team would have a much brighter future and would likely have accumulated much more talented young players.

It's going to be fun watching Isiah trying to explain how he got a raw deal and none of this was his fault.

The needle is scratching the record and it's SPINNING very slowly almost coming to a stop and then no more music.

I'd feel for Isiah and the situation he came from if he hadn't spent the last 4 years blaming Don, Lenny and Larry for our problems. He wants the patience that he would not give to anyone else.
I just hope that people will like me

I don't think he really wants patience at this point.
He just wants to walk away with his money.
He saw LB, MoT, Jailen, Penny, & TT, do it, now he wants a piece of that money-for-nothing action.

Oh wow, he's back again. As a popular song goes, it goes on and on and on and on again...
Thank you, Rick Brunson.

GKFv2, you really need to take clean up your posts or find somewhere else to discuss the Knicks. Last warning.

I was provoked, I responded. It was my fault and I apologize. I should learn to ignore some people from now on.
Thank you, Rick Brunson.

Dont understand why Mardy cant get any minutes. I dont think he's much more than a back-up if that, but the least Isiah can do is through him out there and let him prove that he is a scrub.

Mardy hasn't proved to Isiah and anyone that he deserves any minutes. He commits too many turnovers and is a very bad free throw shooter. Mardy should be waived by the next GM.
