I can dunk (5'11 180lbs), but not as hard as I used to since I tore my meniscus.

Dude I'm 5'10" 200lbs. I was 155 when I could sky and grab the rim with 2 hands......I can barely beat my 4 year old down the block in a foot race.

I tore my acl and meniscus. I posted it on here when I did it. FYI....Its been about 2 years now and it still hurts. Being an out of shape bastard doesn't help much......
