The Knicks are going to make this week, with 3 home games, all Giants all the time. Gotta leech as much goodwill off of the GMen as possible to deflect attention off of their 14-33 record.

It's going to be disgusting. I hope whatever real Knicks fans that still go to the game, don't let them get away with it. Every time they show whatever Giants are at the game, I hope after the crowd rightfully cheers them, they follow that with even louder "Fire Isiah" and "Dolan Sucks" chants.

I was gonna start a thread mentioning this but remembered you started a thread on it already.

Giants and Knicks have little in common

Here is a Super Bowl guarantee; the Knicks will milk the Giants big win for all it is worth. Once the Giants started winning playoff games, they began showing up courtside at the Garden on a regular basis. Now, the Knicks might make it part of a marketing campaign. It could be a two-for-one deal; “Come meet the Giants and chant ‘Fire Isiah.’”

Also, can we please stop trying to compare the Giants plight to that of the Knicks. Yes, Tom Coughlin was being criticized last season and the fans were down on the team.

In fact, the two teams have little in common. The Giants were a playoff team before this year. Coughlin had been to conference championships as a head coach. He runs a tight ship. Instead of trading away high draft picks, the Giants kept theirs and drafted Eli Manning. They are a family-owned business and one that understands tradition, leadership, integrity and winning. Their players play hurt. One knucklehead - Jeremy Shockey - can’t destroy the entire team. Here’s another big difference; the Giants have now won three Super Bowls since the Knicks last won an NBA championship. The Yankes, Mets and all three local hockey teams have also won at least one title since 1973.
If it didn’t work in Phoenix with Nash and Stoutamire... it’s just not a winning formula. It’s an entertaining formula, but not a winning one. - Derek Harper talking about D'Antoni's System

This really shouldn't be about just the Giants vs. the Knicks. Its more like all of NY pro teams vs. the Knicks. Whether or not the rest of these NY teams win, their payroll and talent is equivalent to their production in their respective sport, more or less, with a variance here and there once in a while.

But not for the Knicks. Its the same old story with these clowns.
