I think people are so upset with Isiah that they fail to see how strong a player Zbo is

I disagree.

I think jamal crawford is just dumb. However, I think you have to compare there relative positions. Zbo is a pf, so he is only expected to make some nice passes here and there. Jamal Crawford, as a guard, is expected to make good passes by definition.

Zbo will get the team more involved when he is involved with a better team.

A lot of us fans are sucked in the Isiah trap and we don't even realize it any more.
The main skill and value of NBA player is CHARACTER, is desire to win, desire to be the BEST.
Not the best on the stat sheet, but the best on the court.
And to be the best means WIN the dumm games.
Isiah assembled a team of talented LOSERS without CHASRACTER, DRIVE, and PRIDE.
And Zack is one of them.
Isiah hate players like KG, IE, Kid, Nash, etc.
Because he will not be able to control them. He will need to coexist, to sleep in the shadow of greatness.
And he will never ever go for this.

Isiah is already gone. We should not be talking about whether or not he is good at his job, as he is terrible. Similarly, we should not be talking about whether Curry is good at his job. He is also terrible. We also should not be talking about whether or not marbs is a good teamate. He is terrible. We also should not be considering whether jamal crawford is a smart player. He is terribly stupid.

However, we have a bunch of players with "real" potential. Zbo is first on that list, and that list includes others.

David lee is also on the list. His outside jumpshot has improved as well as his post moves. One only hopes that his energy will come back once we get pull this stuff together.

Balkman has also been mia. It's kinds interesting when you consider how bad lee has been this season compared to last.

If Isiah could trade for Ai or Kg or Nash he would(who is IE??). That wasn't something we could do so he settled for the players that were the easier to get and they were easy to get for a reason. He's done in NewYork because isiah doesn't realize sometimes the best move is NO MOVE!

KG, Nash & Dirk are all the best players & the leaders of 3 of the best teams in hoops right now... not 1 of the players on this team can say that... please don't take Marbury's logic & apply it to your own... those guys may not be winners of titles yet, but they're definitely not what you would classify as losers.

Dirk has led the Mavs to the NBA Finals, Nash & KG have led their teams to the Conference Finals & all 3 have won league MVP honors in the process... how can u say those guys are losers just because they haven't yet won a title? so Patrick Ewing's a loser too i guess in your eyes? so is Karl Malone, John Stockton, Reggie Miller, Charles Barkley? meanwhile guys like Mark Madsen are winners because they've won a ring? come on dude, that's silly.

no single player can lead their team to a title, not even MJ... it takes a full team of complimentary pieces to get it done & a lot of lucky bounces along the way... KG had crap on his team for the longest until they finally brought in guys like Cassell & Spree & they nearly made it to the NBA Finals... now he's on a team w/Pierce & Allen & they are without a doubt the best team in the game right now looking like they're a good bet to go all the way... the day this Knicks roster gets a player like KG, Dirk or Nash is the day they finally turn their fortunes around... those guys actually know how to lead, something no one on this team seems able to do.

but he is the franchise player

David lee's jump shot has improved? Not at all. The defense does not come within ten feet of him if he has the ball onthe perimeter, and he is still throwing up bricks.

He is finally showing some post moves, however, he had been getting stuffed a lot too. Just recently he has been getting his hops back, I guess he has just about played his way into shape.
