Great time! Good to see Marv, 93Buick, VDesai and V's bro.

Yo, I was on the verge of slapping that f'n Cavs fan in his face. I was so sick of him cheering every time boobie hit a shot. Good thing I'm a peaceful dude.

evil almost went deebo on the cavs fans (was that u isles??) good thing evil's so "peaceful" bwaaahahahaha!

It's always great to hang with my partner-in-crime vdesai. And his brother was passionate to the point of verbal and physical assault! :O :O V, get him on the board! The nerve of him, calling posting a waste of time.

Buick and I did some quality chilling around the neighborhood after the game. He laid out an interesting take

on the state of the knicks franchise since ewing, and also drew comparisons between knicks criticism and jazz criticism. Dude has some interesting takes.

And the game? Ah well, we cheered hard but you could see where this one was going. I love scratchy out there (=zbo). he's real active and involved and adds a dimension and demeanor on the court that we've lacked. I'd love to see him become more of a focal point of the offense as the season goes on.

And the action on the game thread? Some serious wilding, fellas. I think we better be prepared for more of the same. This season is gonna push people over the edge in both directions. But we gotta have the diversity of views, as annoying as some can be. That's what makes this board. And action, please don't punch me at the next get-together - after all, I dragged my wheezing old ass onto the court to set you some picks and try to hit you when you were cutting. ;-)

see you all tomorrow at the garden!

Marv, I love dissent & education through argumentation but I dont like "Bullies" (whether they be schoolyard abusers or message board verbal taunters). Plus your love of Jazz would always get you a "No Ass Whuppin" card that could be redeemed in an emergency

I skimmed through the game thread and saw that. I'm glad we're cool even when we disagree

The gig was great, man. That sh!t is what I live for. We just gotta keep rockin' it. I keep reminding myself that we're a young band (only two years together) and that it's gonna take some time to make some bigger things happen. We're gonna start touring next year

93Buick had a very interesting perspective on the Knicks -- way more forgiving of Isiah than I am. But after talking to him I know where he's coming from. He's a positive dude with a very good vibe. Can't fault no one for that. I'm just frustrated as hell watching our guards let Boobie go off and then watching Curry fail to box Ilgauskas out for a key rebound. It hurts man -- especially with this Cleveland clown barking from the other side of the room. But even with that frustration, that I know we all feel, we still cheered. VDesai was cheering. He's critical of the direction of the team, but he still cheers. It's not as divided on here as some would like to believe.

However, I should say, Marv was pouting all game since Big Snacks got no burn.
