Thanks to everyone who said they dig the banner. As you can see, I've tried to rep the last three significant Knicks eras using Clyde, Ewing and King. Next, I tried to rep this years team using the core of Lee, Craw, Curry and Marbury. I also tried going a little different with the orange background.

It's a bit crowded, TmS, and if you want I can post a version with just today's core.

As far as Starks goes, he's my all-time favorite Knicks too. But there's no doubt that Ewing defined that era. If I put Starks up there then I'd wanna put Oak up there and it would get out of control.

All in all, I do like the idea of repping the different eras of Knicks teams because this site and its posters have that well-rounded feel (read: there's mad old dudes on this site that remember the Knicks golden age). But I'm up for suggestions and if the majority of the people say out with the old and in with the new -- I'll throw some more of todays guys in the mix.

yeah, the new 5 knicks is more cohesive IMO... otherwise go with the old school/new school approach & just put Marbs & Curry along w/the old timers is what i would do... just my 2 cents

Cool bro, thanks for the input. I know Martin and Andrew like using variations of the banner for the different sections of the site. So we might end up seeing multiple banners featuring different combos of players for the various sections of the site. Thanks again everyone for the feedback...

Thank you. You wouldn't believe how hard it is to find a good David Lee pic. Every image search brings back some picks of him, but mostly picks of David Lee Roth... HAHA!!

I think David Lee Roth should be in the banner instead of Marbury.

i think you should scrap all those guys and just put up a pic of bargnani.

or add jkidd, vince and rj to the right of marbury since 1/2 of us are nets fans anyway.
