tkf, trying to have a rational discussion with Bonn about Curry is like trying to have a rational conversation with Bush about Iraq.
All Curry has to do is help a team win games and then I'll be proved wrong. Until then all his supporters have been wrong, sadly for us.

KG does all the things that you kill Curry for and HE DIDN'T WIN JACK!!! Don't talk to me about him helping the team to win games. It takes a TEAM effort to win games.

How much improvement do you think he'll have to make in order to be the player you're talking about? I can tell you that it's not really much. We're only talking about him avg'ing about 2 asts a game. With the right shooters around him he could easily get that. Don't forget that we had a lot of poor shooting around him, so when he did pass the ball back out, very rarely did that player actually shoot the ball. We didn't send a lot of cutters when he was double either. So there are a few things that the WHOLE team can do to help him to be a better passer. Not the least of which is to get him the ball sooner so that there's time on the clock to get things done. I think that he can and will get better and all of this bashing will end. The thing is that you don't look to get rid of a dominant force in the middle that is only 24 and still learning.

This is like having a stripper hump you while security is making sure you don't touch her. What's the point? All we are gonna end up with is **** stains on our shirts and a wicked stiffler. All that means is we are going to go home and screw the same old thing again cuz we have no choice.

Lmao.

LOL... that's why i don't go to strip clubs anymore... seriously, what's the point... but every so often you still get the urge, don't ya?

KG's made the playoffs several times, made it to the conference finals, and won an NBA MVP. You can't even mention Eddy and KG in the same sentence (except for this one sentence!)

I don't think you want to be mentioning the Bulls. They've achieved their most success once Eddy left.

Chicago may have a better deal, but I bet Kobe prefers the bright lights of Broadway. If he can nix any deal he doesn't like, I think that favors the Knicks.
I agree. He's talked highly of playing in New York a number of occasions.
They all talk highly of playing everywhere. I don't think Broadway attracts athletes anymore. He is a celebrity in the land of celebrities. Chicago can make you extremely famous too. Its the trade offer that will make or break Kobe to NY.

No' I really mean he did make a point of playing in New York, on several occasions. He's been talking about it ever since he got picked up by L.A. There's even a video of him slamming in some NYC court, hollering out NYC #1! I never heard him talk about playing anywhere else. Of course, because of his obligations to L.A. over the years, he's had to keep it low key, as just half playing around and wishful thinking.

Remember three things. One, he was young and no one knew how good he was going to be yet, when he started. Two, when he and Shaq attack started to go for it all, there was no way he was leaving that success. And three, when his contract was up. we couldn't pitch for him (again) because our money was tied up (again) and as always, we were capped out. Now in the middle of his contract, we hear rumors that he wants out! I'm just putting it all together. I'm looking at the arrows in this possible scenario. It could happen you know. Kobe has the power to say no to L.A. Phil and company have no say. why wouldn't Kobe want to come to a team that is up and coming? We're young, getting younger and we have a few key contracts getting ready to end in the next few years.

making it one round further? come on man... So can we say the mavs achieved their most sucess since nash left? You make these statements, broad statements, knowing there are so many factors, yet you leave out these factors to make your argument fit..... and it doesn't..

Regular season and post season the Bulls got better when they got rid of their lazy, offense-only guys like Eddy, Jamal, E-Rob and replaced all of them with two-way players. We're the only team dumb enough to build around one-dimensional players.
