afflalo is very very overrated. i've seen this kid play a ton since i go to a pac-10 school and he'll never be a dominant player in the NBA. he's a good defender but he tends to get into foul trouble, and if you put a decent defender on him that can get around screens, he gets shut down, and his defense suffers too.

I don't expect dominant at pick 22. Give me solid. Unless we are trading into the top 7, above average is the highest ceiling I can really see.

This draft is full of NBA players. Not dominant ones though. Guys like Brewer and Green are talked about in the top 10 and I don't see dominance out of either of them, IMO.

Marbury is the only shooter on the court. So just don't leave him and double down on Curry while playing zone and make Jefferies, Frye and Balkman try and beat you. Collins has to learn how to shoot the ball.

I enjoyed Balkman's double-double and overall play. I liked a couple of the layups by cpollins, he is showing something of an offensive game. I enjoyed us not mailing it in when the lead got to double-figures. Thats three good things to take away from the first half. Those things might not add up to Wins right now, but someday soon we'll see this from the kids on a more consistent basis.

That's what happen when you only have one threat shooting the ball. The Knicks should never be in this position again. Draft Almond and be done with it.
