There are fewer posts when they win.

What's that got to do with anything? Most game threads are 5 or 6 pages long before the outcome is known; this game it was one page from the start of the game to the finish. For your argument to make sense it would assume everyone knows the outcome of games before they begin.

Next game page will be longer...
And if Knicks will win again the next will be even longer that Boston page
To keep the interest going Knicks need to win... at list 2 of 3
Can they do it? Thats why we are waching.

I missed the 2nd, 3rd and most of the 4th quarter because of my own basketball game, but saw the end of the game. Obviously judging from the boxscore, Curry and Marbury carried this team. I know Curry scored 28 points but was he just playing with Shaq or was someone else guarding him? Looks like Shaq was in foul-trouble maybe too?

The Heat will not make the playoffs without Wade.

This thread is a sad sign of how bad interest has waned.

There's plenty of interest when they lose.
Martin and Andrew already clarified that there are more posts when the team wins than loses.
I didn't post because my basketball team had a game tonight. I just got back. My body feels dead!

He dominated Shaq and Mourning for a period in the game...Dominated!!!..Even the haters won't argue that point...Wait, you didn't see the game, my bad...

Now that's a satisfying win. I didn't post cuz I had to watch the game on DVR. I think it is strange tho that this only has 2 pages!

Is it too much to ask for fans to get behind this team which I might add is still VERY MUCH in this race for the playoffs. This team hasn't given up on the season so why should we? They fought hard and got the win. Now let's hope they can follow this up with a few more good wins and we'll be in business.

I've come to expect that type of stuff from you though. A smiley would help take the tension out of the post. Sorry dude.

it's also interesting to see how the Heat do without those 12 free points from dwyane wade's BS calls, courtesy of david stern

You're good at it

You of all people know how I get when people accuse me of that stuff, the only thing I hate more that that is losing to the Nets. It may be stupid for reactions like that but thats just the way it is. I got orange and blue diesel running through and me and stuff really bothers me.

also after the game steph said his attitude was "We're not going to lose tonight" and you could tell his head was in the game. i could tell he was feeling out the momentum of the game and every time miami would start to come away he'd sense his team needed to stop them and hit a big 3 or go hard to the basket. why can't we get this kind of killer instinct and focus from the fellas every night!! man I'm worried about the boston game...

if the knicks are to make the playoffs, they will have to back in- they ain't winning it on their own

PLayoffs are more important than the pick right now, IMHO.

Thus PROVING my point about many of the so called fans on this forum. The proof is all here in black and white. There are a lot of so, so fans here and they didn't have much fun tonight with the Knicks actually winning a big game.

nice win.

Curry with 28/11 made the big aristotle proud I am sure. Great game.

marbury took over the 4th with a hell of a game on both ends, great defense on kopono on one posession up by 1.

Crawford with some big shots.

Professional efforts turned in by malik and jared on defense. Kudos.

Nice win.

guards shot the ball well, curry did well, rebounded and scored.

Nice win.

lets do it again...

now i'm a very critical fan...so what i saw tonight was slightly different. i knew the knicks were going to win this game b/c the heat were on a 2nd night of a back to back and even tho we were also, we're much younger so our legs can outlast theirs. plus, they're just not that good a team without wade. (and yes, cleveland does suck for losing to them yesterday). eddy played well but the one thing i walked out of this game was seeing how we really need a new backcourt.

what dj? are you mad? marbury took over the game to win and crawford hit big shots again. wtf were you watching?

i was watching our guards make poor decisions all night long. they made so many bad passes, it was quite flabbergasting. they had only 4 turnovers between them, but they kept passing the ball to the wrong person at the wrong time. they just don't understand the situation the game is in. there were at least 4-5 times where they gave the ball to malik or jeffries or balkman or frye (at the 3) or nate (underneath the basket) with the clock winding down. just poor decisions. these passes don't show up in the box score as a turnover but it might as well be one b/c the shot was going to be missed. they are best when they shoot and go for theirs. unfortunately, that's not what this team needs. well...i should clarify that, that's exactly what THIS team, the 06/07 version, needs b/c our bigs aren't quite developed yet. but it's not what this team needs for the long term.

anybody else notice this tonight?
