LOL @ him saying he doesn't feel a need to make a trade because he's satisfied with what they have yet his phone was blowing up off the hook. He's obviously active.

He tried to sell in the interview the team not having talent last yr but now people are noticing they have talent this yr.

Were'nt Channing and Jamal's names at the forefront of major trade specualtion last yr(K.G., Boozer, O'Neal rumors). Didn't Orlando trade for Ariza? Didn't Portland ask for David Lee in a trade last yr? Didn't Butler get a deal with S.A.? Didn't Udoka and Barnes get snatched up by teams this offseason?

This guy is full O S.H.I.T.

Yo isiah is a con artist.

Isiah could be saying one thing then SAS would get a note from his stat guys saying isiah just pulled off a blockbuster, while still on the air talking that bull****.

Btw, isiah sounds like micheal Jackson.

yeah, he's definitely full of it, but you have to admit, he did bring in all those guys who other teams were pursuing, so he's got an eye for talent.

I love how he used matchups as an example for the reason Lee doesent start - then he starts Jerome James on Al Harrington as we proceed to get blown out.

Yep his explanation was a reaction instead of proaction. So we have a coach that matches up to other teams instead of making them match up to you.

Btw, isiah sounds like micheal Jackson.

for real. Same strange mousy voice.
Same creepy press conferences.
Same sexual harrasment issues,

but with Michael we might get better personnel decisions.

Exactely. He would double book the circus and a Knicks' homestand with the knicks playing in the center ring.

My opinion is that this team lacks heart and the only player there that can change the on court game is Marbury...He has to step up his game and lead..

ding ding ding we have a new member!!!

holfresh... have a cup of coffee, get a meeting list and dont be afraid to raise your hand and share.

I disagree about Marbury. Its not his character and its no longer in his ability to lead in such a way. That change has to come from the top, its got to come from Isiah.

Larry Brown realized this very quickly. Yes, he sucked, thats not up for debate. But the reasoning behind the stupid line ups and cracks on the players were because of what your seeing now. The thought process was simple. Until you guys change it doesnt matter who plays. Look at this team 50 games into. Sure we have some talented players, but there is no drive to win here. There isnt the level of commitment from these players as a whole thats needed to be a winning NBA team. They get mad enough to avoid long losing streaks and are lazy enough to avoid winning streaks. They are fragile, plain and simple.

This is why I mentioned sitting Curry until the other areas of his game improve. This is why I ride Eddy. He's got the talent be an elite player in this league, and on some nights he is. He's got no drive though. He's OK with playing his way into shape. He's OK with good scoring numbers and little else, and whats worst is his coach, GM and "star" teammates are OK with that also. The result? A good win, followed a game like last night. Over a season? A .400 type team that shows they can beat and play with good teams but simply arent very good because the effort isnt consistant night to night and you cant win in this league like that.

I was thinking the same thing and was fed up last night with Eddy "NO DEFENSE" Curry - the guy is a loser. The emptiest 10/12 scoring I've ever seen. Sit him, start Cato, until Curry plays some defense.

Also, I thought Frye was benched because he was playing as a jump shooter. Curry was out of there, and he was still jump shooting like a daisy. STOP being a jump shooter FRYE. PLAY INSIDE AND DONT BE A SOFT FLOWER!

Lots of holes exist in this team and it's players...I think the next step has to come from it's players not the coach...It's time for the players to step up...The coaches can do but so much...Isiah has more heart than any of these players...If he was on the court it would be a different team all together...Key players have to step up...

How old is Isiah now? About 45 or so? I think he can suit up and give us 20 minutes. :)
