apparently evident progress is simply not being the laughing stock of the nba like we were last season. *sigh* I hope Isiah has a good plan on how to retool the knicks.

technically the knicks never walked. that is to say, Isiah is trying to build in such a way where the knicks never go through a really bad season like a typical rebuilding team does (last season was a mistake). I dont know if such a shortcut to rebuilding exists in the nba, actually I dont think its impossible to pull off, but I'm just not confident that Isiah is smart enough to pull it off.
