i couldn't agree more... just posted this on another thread:

if you notice the team usually plays w/better energy & synergy when Marbury & Francis are off the floor... Marbury had a nice assist game going before he got kicked in the wrist last game, but i loved what i saw out of Jamal when he was orchestrating the game... he was scoring & dishing & doing basically what we all want to see out of a starting PG... i really think he's best off starting at PG for this team... the chemistry he has w/Eddy Curry is undeniable.
Thankyou!!!! THe team plays at a much higher Gear when Marbury is off the floor. I can't believe anybody is saying otherwise......... and they are using effort as the main point to boot!!!

And the win loss record proves your point....

no, but watching the games probably does... unless you think Marbury throwing the ball away at the most crucial of moments during games is your idea of effectively orchestrating the offense.

Jamal's averaging 22 ppg as a starter this year & shooting a much higher percentage... i have no idea why you think he's better off as a 6th man off the bench.
That's a good point. He seems uncomfortable and makes poor decisions as a bench player. I said I preferred him off the bench simply because he's a below average NBA starter and I'd want a better player starting (especially at PG).

right now i think he's our best option... but nevertheless, whether he's starting or not, i think Jamal definitely needs to be finishing games as the PG for this team, because Marbury is not a good crunchtime orchestrator at all... he's always missing key free throws, passing up open shots, & committing very costly turnovers in the most inopportune moments... 11 years in the league & this guy still doesn't know how to orchestrate the offense in crunchtime... ridiculous.
