We lost by 17 pts.

Our dumbDuo got fried at games end.

Marbury did not hit a shot after the first 5 min of the game. I think he hit his first 2 of 3. 5 turnovers. He is a sad sad player right now.

Isiah still looks like a deer in the headlights on the bench. Sitting and staring thinking "why did this happen?" and "all those millions I threw away and I got crap!"

i'm just surprised that was brought up. we ran out of gas IS an excuse tonight. you play 4 games in 5 nights - OK. but we had 2 days off. we shouldn't be bringing that up at all.

David Lee did look like he was going to pass out though I'll at least admit that overall it's a terribly weak excuse because the team still had resources.

Oh and just so we don't take thread any further than it needs to go the GSW played just 7 players yesterday against the Championship contending Spurs and owned them after only having 1 day off from a back-to-back playing the red hot Utah Jazz and Nuggets in which they suited up 8 players against the Jazz and beat them.

Its not an excuse. Its just a reality. You didnt see it in the end? Marbs looked like he was dragging a 40 pound weight

his pot belly? is it possible his shoes aren't built for 40 minutes a night? I'm sick of him, he needs to go.

hey, there are clearly problems now, but we were missing 3 of our top 6 players and Marbury was here killing us. if we get rid of Marbury and get those three guys back, we should be better. there will still be problems, but at least we can start making progress at this point. Marbury is killing this team, killing the young talent here and eventually he'll kill Isiah's career. I can't see Isiah keeping him on.

GSW was missing Baron Davis, Micheal Pietrus, Ike Diogu against the Spurs and Jazz but they competed, won and didn't run out of gas.

LMFAO Matt Barnes played 45min yesterday and owned and Biedrins played 42min. The excuses have to stop because that's part of the reason the franchise is in the shape it's in now.

I really thought the challenge for Isiah was going to be doing a good job with the same squad as Brown, yet he gets to add Jeffries and remove Steph, Mo and Jalen? Those are probably 4 of the biggest moves Brown would have made too. Even the rookies are guys brown was high on.

I don't know, badmouthing and firing Brown only to stick Isiah on the bench to execute Brown's plan, with the primary difference being Isiah's larger smile, just seems wrong to me.

regardless though, you're right. we gotta do whatever it takes to undo this mess.

It is ironic that Isiah is kind of following Lbs plan. added balkman and jeffries. dumped jalen, mo and maybe marbury in the future. But Francis is playing well and nate is an asset

All he had to do was back up the coach for once and we'd be in a better position today. So who tanked last season? Was it Brown? Or was it Marbury? Judging by what we see now -- who is more likely to tank a season? A HOF coach? Or a slug, malcontent who wouldn't even get off the bench to clap for his teammates two games ago?

Marbury and Isiah acted idiotic last year but there is no doubt LB had his own agenda as well. They were like 3 children

Let me clue you into Larry's agenda -- he wanted to turn this franchise around. He knew that Marbury and Zeke's incestuous relationship was destroying any possibility of achieving that. The minute Zeke abandoned Larry -- Larry knew he had no chance. If he made a play to go over Zeke's head -- it was 100% justified. I believe that Larry would have worked with Zeke and done things the right way, had Zeke worked with the Larry and afforded him the respect he deserved. Instead, Zeke stood by and watched Marbury be insubordinate to his coach because he didn't want to look bad. He didn't want his signature player to be exposed. We are all finding out the hard way that Larry was right.

Ive seen LB up close 15 years before the Knicks. I know how he works. I never wanted him hired because I knew he wouldnt be here more than 2 years. That doesnt excuse Isiah nor Marbury. They were a problem before LB and they are a problem after LB. BUt I watched LB. I saw a man that looked like in some instances he prefered losing. I saw a guy whose rotations often seemed to be more about politics and pr than the games.

It's amazing the amount of excuses that people come up with for why we're just not a very good team.
If it didn’t work in Phoenix with Nash and Stoutamire... it’s just not a winning formula. It’s an entertaining formula, but not a winning one. - Derek Harper talking about D'Antoni's System
