damn, I had an appointment to get directv installed today so I could get the MSG sports package and they weren't able to install. I don't even know if I'll be able to watch this season.

does anyone know if I can watch the games online somehow? league pass? sopcast? anyone watch over the internet? sigh.

Look into Sopcasts. I'm really not that much into it cause I live in the NY area and never travel outside during the season.

I hate the Nets and want nothing more than to beat them even if its just a preseason game. I can't stand how they've been kicking us around in recent years. I'd love for the Knicks to be good again so we can start paying them back for a change. They're not as ****y as they used to be when KMart was there, but they still have that smug attitude.

No matter how you feel about Isiah, Steph or Dolan, you have to be in favor of the Knicks beating the Nets any chance they get.

will be interesting to see Balkman play vs. some real NBA competition... also want to see if Marcus Williams can beat out Jay Williams to back up J Kidd this season.

also wanna see just how different Isiah's Knicks are to Larry Brown's Knicks of last year... i have a feeling it's not going to be that much of a change.

Not that its going to happen. But if the Knicks get blown out in this first preseason game against the Nets. Its not going to be a good season. Even if it is just preseason.

I expect us to look pretty good though in the new scheme.

While I'd like them to win this game and look good doing it, I don't expect much from the first pre-season game. Win or lose, I won't celebrate wildly if they win and I won't judge too harshly if they lose. There's still much to do and team chemistry will take a while. Now....go kick some BUTT!!

I want to see some good highlights, some good team chemistry, some fun dunks, new players given some playing time, and how Isiah can hopefully turn this team around. We shall see. Good to have Knicks Basketball back.

It'll be great to finally have an actual game to talk about, and to see how Isiah coaches and how these players respond to him. Enough with the soap-opera stuff already (I hope).

And yeah, even though it's preseason, it would be nice to beat the Nets all the same.

im very curious to see how this game goes. based upont everything i read about the system isiah plans to install, this new system and marbury dont mix at all. so im very curious to see how marbury plays.
