Imagine is Starbury said something like this, this board would be overloaded with traffic. I have a problem with anyone who wants to be the richest person in the world. Why do you want to be the richest person in the world? I mean, you are already in the 1% of richest people in the world. Why thee richest? I think it says something very sad and selfish about his character.

If he was a great guy, said the right things ... and all that other stuff, but put up Jerome James numbers ... you still would complain. If the Knicks had #1 pick when Bron was drafted, you would die if they didn't select Lebron. Stop playing mind games with yourself.

Tell Bill Gates to stop selling Microsoft products, and give them away. tell him that he's rich enough already.

if he really wants to be the richest, I wouldn't be surprised to see him in NY after his contract ends.

I don't see anything close to a lack of passion when James & Wade play the game.

If Lebron james didn't know how to play basketball ... and couldn't feed his family, I wonder would Briggs care?

Probably not.

Lebron James is a VERY fortunate individual with incredible innate assets. With the type of celebrity he has commanded from his basketball prowless comes responsibilty whether he likes or wants it or not. The message "I want to be the richest person in the world" is a poor one. It's oozes of many negative characteristics. It's Ok to have goals, even mighty one's like that, but that's something he should keep to himself. How about, I want to become the best basketball player the world has ever seen? ? Like I want to be the best fireman I can be? the best teacher I can be, the best dancer I can be? Do you understand where I am going?
