I just find it funny how little respect people have for Isiah's basketball knowledge and his people skills. He's IMO the right man for the job. I think he has a great idea for how to help this team to function at a higher level. I think that he's a WAY MORE creative offensive coach than LB and this roster needs that kind of imagination to find ways to get the most out of these players. Rather than try to force the players to do things they aren't good at. Isiah's schemes will be much more suited to the natural talent of the team. How is it so many just can't see that?

I've been saying similar things for a long time now. I thought that last year it was obvious that the team flowed better when it wasn't running LB's dusty old throw it in to the post and stand there and watch offense. When our guards were active, moving, cutting and dishing to open bigs, things looked like we expected. Well Isiah's offense is even better than that. The spacing is there and it will make things tough on a defense to try and stop us.
