okay, but to me, not setting a rotation and sticking with it is the biggest indication that he was sending mixed messages. obviously we don't know what he actually said to the players, but I got the impression he was saying things in the media that he wasn't saying to their faces.

I just take the catch 22 opposite...He didn't set the rotation because the players he had for respective positions were all equal in his eyes, so there was no way to set the rotation....It's sort of like the chicken or egg argument....to me, setting a rotation is important and should be done but most teams starters are markedly better than their back-ups...when you effectivey have a team of backups (other than Steph, Steve and Jalen-who all played like crap)noone is markedly better than their counterpart-and remember Steve and Steph play the same position.

Personally just by talent and work ethic, I may have started
