Phil is better...He has proven he can adapt and he relates to today's NBA players...I think Phil would have done much better with the Olympic team but thats just speculation at this point...

I NEVER wanted to give Phil any credit. I hated him, but I have to admit that when he hasn't had the best of teams he STILL found a way for his teams to win. He didn't quit on his team this year like LB did at training camp.

Well, whatever your opinion on last year, I think we can safely all agree on one thing. LB does NOT get a pass THIS year. If we're still sucking big time going into all-star break, its time for him to go. There are no more excuses for him.

they will find someone else to blame, and no matter how Steph plays, it will be him.

Its the coaches job is to find a way to motivate and get the best out of all his players. The players job is to listen to what ever the coach is saying and do it with a 110% effort.
Neither of them did there jobs. It don't matter who was more to blame.

May I still say I take Pat Riley over both of them.
PS-I heard on the Dan Patrick show yesterday that Phil Jackson, in an attempt to motivate Kwame, would walk up and down the sidelines and every time he passed Kwame he would say (you have to read between the lines here) "Here :kitty, kitty:, here :kitty:, kitty"
