I don't like marbs and francis in the backcourt, we need a guy who can catch and shoot, if we are going to keep marbs..

I hate losing to the heat...

Not a bad game. I think we put up a pretty good fight considering we were playing a red hot Heat team. You have to wonder why the guys keep taking it to the hole over and over when they know Zo is lurking down there though.

Props to Steph-- I thought he played great on the ball D on Wade (though his off the ball D on Williams was terrible). I think Francis is getting exposed a bit though-- he never had much of a jumper (and now I know why-- no arc on his shot whatsoever) and that hurts us. We need perimeter threats out there, which makes you wonder what happened with Jalen in the second half.

if Marbury is not getting along with the rest of the Knicks players...you can't tell by watching this game

I've thought the same thing. I didn't realize before seeing them together, but Marbury is a far better player than Francis. It's not just that Francis is adjusting to a new team. Francis doesn't have a lot of skills that Marbury does that a guard needs: Good passing instincts, a desire to pass, a decent outside shot. Marbury's defense also seems to be better (less bad) than Francis's.

put Francis on the ball and take Marbury off and you guys will be saying the same thing in reverse. There is a reason the "critics" didn't like the pairing, neither are good when they don't have the ball in their hands.

put Steve back on the bench nd let him sub in for Steph.
