What's up with Marbury?
He just had an off night
He was tired from defending Grant Hill
He was trying to implement Larry's system
He's tired of being booed and wants to be traded
He just mailed it in

The next time Brown gets wise or sarcastic with Marbury about the virtues of playing point guard at the pro level, Marbs should say, "hey, you were the equivalent of Kelvin Ramsey for your career, what the hell do you know about playing point guard, you 5'9" runt!"
Check these career stats of LB as a player.

We could be the Dallas Mavs of the East.

Isiah came here 28 games into the season. Houston had missed about 4 or 5 games and had averaged close to 20 in the other games.

but it was already clear as day that Houston was damaged goods

come on, Ewing was damaged goods since early in his career, that didnt stop us from building around him.

That's right. And he didn't get a single steal in his entire career!!!! And usually when you are aggressive defensively you can get at least one steal by accident!!!!

That's good Marv! I guess they didn't count steals then. It was too complicated.

Right, and he was such a good player that he was putting up 19 a night WHILE being damaged goods. If only we used our heads, maybe he could be playing to this day if we didn't drill him to the ground, but then again, you'd be upset by that if he didn't retire. We need Allan Houston on this team. I'd take him over Jerome and AD and Penny anyday.
