He's not low paid by normal standards compared to what teachers or other professionals make but he makes about at most an average amount for an NBA player. You seem to be making a big deal about one minor comment. Past your bedtime?

You don't get it, he's not low paid because he's the HIGEST PAID backup center in the league !!

Calvin Booth makes more AND sucks more. He was signed for 6 years 34 million.

Adonal Foyle got a contract for 6 years 51 million!!!!!!!!!
And while technically he is a starter, he only plays 20 minutes which qualifies him as a backup, imo.

And that was just off the top of my head.

James was over paid by about 9 million. These others were over paid ridiculously.
