Both Malik and Marb would fit the profile.....Marb can learn a lot from Malik, because Malik is the only one with a ring on our roster...

for the same reason you've decided that the Knicks are an elite team and 8 is our lucky number. we're fans and we're anxious for the season to start. also, you did see him in Summer League and college, right? kid's got game.

I'd say Marbury as captain. And Malik and maybe Jamal as co-caps. Guys with tenure. I'd really like to see Jamal and Malik get co-caps, Malik because he sets a great example and Jamal because it would remind Jamal of the responsibility that's expected of him.

I don't think one captain is enough. Neither is three. I think the Knicks need five, maybe six captains.
