Honestly, being that I do not pollute and actually go around time to time picking up garbage, is helping the environment. If everyone else did this, then we would be in better shape, and I even recycle as well. All of the garbage and excess garbage like wrappers, bottles, etc are the reason as to why the earth is becoming polluted and this is why global warming is starting.

Yes, I drive a car, but do not wear leather nor do I support the killings of animals for food, or products, hence I am raw vegan. I rarely get anything wrapped, nor packaged, and I never take baths. Always showers. So I hope I am doing my part. Didn't mean to piss you of Nalod if I did. I rspect you all as people and as Knick fans, so did not mean to upset anyone. It's all opinion, yet fact at the same time.

See, your all wussed out man. I do all that crap, and a hell of lot more! But Im not preaching, and don't be backing down like that , if you beleive in your sheet, defend it, back it up! I don't want to year your bathing habits. Just don't be wearing that natty white boy dreads thing. Thats just too over the top!

Well I mean, I don't think that arguing would be good because arguing over the net is like two mentally challenged people fighting. Nobody wins basically, ha. But I respect your opinions and if you give me facts, I respect that too. I don't expect everyone to be the same as me. Hell, who the heck is a raw vegan, 23 year old knick fan, who loves horror movies and makes independent horror films and lives on Long Island, and sings karaoke? Shit man, if there's anyone like me, I would LOVE to meet them.

And as for the Sundance Film Festival response, I hate their movies and would never want to be a part of that film festival. I am more of an underground horror film indie guy. But if one of my horror films filled with gore were picked, then that would be a great thing and a pleasant surpirse.

And George Dubbya is one of the main reasons why we have more deaths from the Hurricane. If it's one person I do not support, it's the worst president we have had in nearly four decades. Way to go Georgie! Fight a war that we created and just want money and oil for. Bring the troops from Iraq to NO to aid these people dying. What a freakin' fool.

Horror movies? A Raw vegan Goth! Oh man, thats just silly. So its cool to simulate the mutilation of humans by other humans and find enjoyment in that kinda of gore, but won't eat meat. You go to college for that? Your parents must be saints! I'd slap you up and down the street!

And your blaming george bush for the death toll? But think about it, isn't all that death really really cool? All beautiful glorious death?

Death IS beautiful. Wrongful death's are not cool in real life. You can argue with whatever you'd like to with me, thats fine.

Death is peaceful. When someone dies when their time is up, and in their death bed from natural causes, it's the passing of oneself. It's beautiful.

I show people dying on screen from a certain cause, whether it be from a murderous stalker ot a flesh eating corpse, it's all in fun, and for the horror fans. I love creating creative things and having people experience the pleasure of seeing someone "die", and creating the illusion.

I am not goth. I am more punk and emo. I am also an animal rights activist.

This is global warming, says environmental chief
As Hurricane Rita threatens devastation, scientist blames climate change

By Michael McCarthy, Environment Editor
Published: 23 September 2005

Super-powerful hurricanes now hitting the United States are the "smoking gun" of global warming, one of Britain's leading scientists believes.

The growing violence of storms such as Katrina, which wrecked New Orleans, and Rita, now threatening Texas, is very probably caused by climate change, said Sir John Lawton, chairman of the Royal Commission on Environmental Pollution. Hurricanes were getting more intense, just as computer models predicted they would, because of the rising temperature of the sea, he said. "The increased intensity of these kinds of extreme storms is very likely to be due to global warming."

You won't eat an animal, but you get off watching other humans eat each other?

You won't eat a packaged food, but its pleasurable to watch humans stalk and kill another?

By the way, how do you know death is peaceful? I guess you'll find out once.

I think its such a luxury in life to find fancey in Death!

Im not goth either. Im more like dad and husband.

Global worming is real thing. I don't think all countries who signed the Kyoto pact have morons covering this area. And I don't think they plan to pay money and cut their national companies profitability just to pissed off Americans.
We are responsible for 40% of emissions which worsening the global worming process.
Going back to Bush and Co. They claimed that Kyoto treaty will cost us 3 mil of jobs. But this is total bullst based on studies of paid of economists. The oil, car, farma, and other international corporations will loose profits and they will need to HIRE people to make their industries friendly to environment. The losers will be only counted owners of this companies. They will need to buy less Ferrari per year... What a shame... And most of this people are nothing to do with America (Saudi Kings, ect.) except of course they invested a lot in US government system.
Wake up people - you are getting used…

I have a size 31 waist. Nope, I do most of my shopping at Express...and that's really not a lot of times, ha.

My films have political undertones, and the zombies stand for something. The way we walk around like zombies and listen to consumering, and want to devour the wrong things and people. It's a metaphor more than anything.

You won't eat a packaged food, but its pleasurable to watch humans stalk and kill another?
Only in films, when it's art. But in real life, I find it pretty disgusting.

By the way, how do you know death is peaceful? I guess you'll find out once.
I believe that when you die, you continue on in some form, and that is a beautiful thing. Nothing wrong with moving on to the next stage of existance, especially when you pass from natural causes.

Someone has to explain this to me. How is something automatically art when it's in film? That's a massive gray line.

Well Martin, there are many aspects of art in film. I agree, the actually on screen slaughtering of an animal is not art. Although all of this can be debated. Art is creating something, whether it's visually, spiritually, or by seeing and feeling something. Filmmaking is an art. It's even labled as an art by society, but that's not why I see film as art. Horror is a different artform. Images of horrific creatuers, and the darkest images of the imagination filled with blood, mayhem, is art in my eyes. Apocolypse Now for example, they really murdered a cow. I don't find that art, but like I said, it's all opinion. Everyone has their own opinion, so yeah.

Right, so filmmaking CAN be an art, and more specifically speaking, it's in the eye of the beholder.

you see skinny young emo dudes wearing those hip hugger female cuts. Thats why I asked.

Marv, im pretty liberal, but I just don't get this goth obcession with death. And I really hate horror movies! I understand the facination of death as a phase one goes thru in life and it helps in our developement, but the over the top artistic thing gets a bit liberal. Is a statue of shIt in the form of Jesus art? OR the just a political statement to create a negative emotion. Creating emotion is the desired effect of art, but somtimes we just go to far "in the name of art".

Sorry, accepting slaughter of humans over animals just does not click with me. Deliberate mutalations of the human body inflicting horrific acts to satisfy the delight if another is some sick kinda thing. Even if its pretend, its still demented. Thats not art, thats a character flaw.

Ah, this ain't knicks, and Im too busy to argue.

I still see the SNL skit with Chris Kattan as the Azreal the goth boy!

"Yes, wouldn't it be deliciously wonderful to incarcerate Kenny smith and slowly peal away his skin, and than remove his genitalia and cook it in a stew, eventually making him eat it, and at the end of the day drill his skull and insert a straw and suck his brain matter out, and for desert we can remove his still beating heart and show it to him so he can see it!"

That the kind of sick goth horror sh!t you guys like?

Yes, I get the vibe, its nausiating, disturbing, yet the blood flows to my penis and arousing my sense of awareness. Makes me crave tofu for lunch and stalk my neighbor and dismember her torso and build a bird cage with her bones to keep my pet raven in. The bird, his name is Poe! Not in honor of Edgar allan Poe, but Poe is economic status. Oh, living in squalar so very very goth!

I am not Goth. Nowhere near it. I'm a liberal punk rocker if anything. Very anti-american government and anti-George Bush. In the past five years, because of Dubya, we've had WWIII, two hurricanes (one can debate because he doesn't give a crap about the government or the people in it...For him, it's all about the $$$. He is everything that is wrong with the US.

I'm with Nalod. I saw House of 1,000 corpses and some of my friends LOVE it and I just don't get the fascination with it. Aren't these the types of movies that were drilled into Sadaams head (Dead serious, I heard something like that) when he was a child? When I'm older and have kids, I'm not gonna let my kids watch a ton of tv, but I'm gonna make good and sure that he's nowhere near any of those Zombie films. Watching people rip other people to shreds isn't exactly good entertainment in my eyes.

George Romero is a big influence for my work in my latest zombie film. Especially when you work on a no-budget indie horror film and it all of a sudden gets recognition and distribution, it's all about the hard work paying off, and that makes it much more sweeter. I do it for entertainment. To make people feel something I try to make them feel. If you don't like seeing people getting ripped out in a fiction film, then thats your thing, but there are hundreds of thousand of horror film fans who do enjoy those films, and I am one of those fans.
