what board was you posting on that got you banned?
I post on a lot of different real GM boards, I usually just talk about the Knicks here--right near the draft i posted on the knick board, but the content of the knick board is terrible. I mostly post on the draft board or on other teams boards. But Ive learned that you have to watch what you say, you know like here you can be critical of a move, but if you go to a real GM board that is not your team and say whoa why did you guys do that for--you know nothing immature--its called trolling[some kind of new age word i ahve yet to get a grip on]
I dont know if Im banned, it says suspended, but there is no reason why--the last couple of posts I put were on the Nets board saying they should go after Booth or Ely after they lost Traylor.
Before that I had an OT in the Raptors board saying that it was dissapointing that countries likes Canada who should be our brothers, dont rush in to help out their neighbors in a time of crisis when we would surely help them out if it was on the other shoe. Maybe I offended someone, if thats the case, thats petty, but honestly i found it kind of funny. You really cant even post on the Boston Celtic board there. Like 6 months ago I posted that I thought the Celtcis may be going backwards instead of forwards and some one threatened me with suspension--im like ok dude and I think i posyed there only 1nce since. its pretty territorial except for the small market teams.
boards like ultimate knicks is so much superior to real GM because its just knicks, what could make real GM cool for the most part is you can talk about various other things--like if you like the entire nba and you want to say a few words about th suns, cool, if you want to talk about the ncaa or the draft cool, but then there are cliques on some of the big market basketball teams --the most rude being the Raptors Mavericks celtics. Ive come to learn that the raptor fans for the most part know basketball[either does their GM:)>] the maveric fans are so pompous and obnoxious and I think it actually rubs off on them from their owner and the celtics are typical Bostonians, although I actually like the town of Boston--and I know the fans root for their team--but like bush said if you arent withthem you are against them--and thats the way boston fans are.
I just think that if you have something to say, you dont use foul language, harrass or intentionally bother someone, that freedome of speech should be permitted.
I agree with martin on whoever started the F off every other post. You get into that habit and then the boards stink. Have your say and be reasonably respectful of others.
