If you needed a 2 who could play some 3 for the next 2 to 3 seasons - contracts aside who would you rather have?
Michael Finley
Quentin Richardson

I'd probably take Finley if money was the same. I just think Finley is an undercontrol player that knows the game and plays defense. Q IMO is just another one of the new age guards that like flash over substance.

Surprising that as of now, after all those votes, no one picked a tie.

Someone will probably do it now as a joke, though. lol

The youth factor led me to choose Q. I'd like to see him grow with this team if he contributes he way I envision him doing.
Another season, and more adversity to persevere through. We will get the job done, even BETTER than last year. GO KNICKS!

Was kinda of a loaded question given age, money, health, and the fact he is a knick.

Kinda like mother Teresa or Hitler? Ok, maybe not quite!

"haters" will pick fin just to argue. Card carrying kool aides will pick Q to combat the haters.

If we won 55 games last year and fell short in the playoffs like miami and needed a shooting SF I say Fin with no reservations.

Q is the right player at this roster sequence!

17 - 3...looking more and more like a dumb question.
Ask it on a non NY Knicks fan site and it's probably 17-3 the other way. There are no dumb questions, just dumb homer remarks based on nothing more than whose uniform a player is wearing.
17-3 the other way? LOL. I posted the same poll on the realgm player comparisons forum (which is a non-knicks forum) and Q has had a lead of between 10 to 20 percent so far. (There are currently 18 votes total.) This looks like another example of the pessimists simply being inaccurate.

I wont lie... this made me laugh. This looks like another example of the pessimists simply being inaccurate. I dont know whats funnier, that last sentence or the RealGM poll where Bonn replies after everyone that votes Q with comments like "exactly" then retypes everything they said in his own words.

Did you spend all four days after the last reply to think of that? I'm flattered that this was THAT important to you

This from a guy that will dig up a thread and reply to it months later. That's beyond funny and being hypocritical.

What's even funnier is that he starts that poll on RealGM in order to get "unbiased" results but then he spends post after post arguing for people to pick Q over Finley. Every single time a person would give their opinion as to why they would pick Finley, Bonn would follow it up with a rebuttal over why they're wrong and Q is the correct choice. Even when someone said something complimentary towards Finley even though they voted for Q, Bonn had to comment on it to squash any possible positive comments about Finley. Absolutely hysterical.

That's one scientific poll you're taking there.

Pepsi guy taking a poll of a group of people to see if they like Pepsi better than Coke:
Can A) Pepsi
Can B) Coke

Random person: I like can B.

Pepsi guy: But don't you think that can A has a better cola taste and less of an aftertaste? Come on people, it's obvious that Can A is a better cola and much more refreshing.

Random person #2: I guess I see what you're saying, I'll pick can A.

After Pepsi wins the taste test by the slimmest of margins and after more browbeating.

Pepsi guy: See, this unbiased poll is incontrovertible evidence that people like Pepsi over Coke.

Bonn would have made a great pollster...for the Nazis.

it was good natured; you don't have to perceive everything as an attack. I know you have and probably always will interpret every little statement I make as a personal attack. You're free to do that if it makes you happy.
This from a guy that will dig up a thread and reply to it months later. That's beyond funny and being hypocritical.
Again, I was just joking. Maybe I should have put smiley faces after it to make it clearer. (BTW, I only did that once in my 2 years here)

Thanks fish! I don't agree with you often but I'd buy you a beer and hang out with you if we ever met in person

Any comment on your poll rigging? Was it really that difficult to allow people to vote without trying to sway them in one way, your way?

LOL. You predicted a near 6 to 1 ratio of Finley to Q votes. Do you really think I was so persuasive that it would have been 6 to 1 but instead was about 50/50 simply because I stated my opinions? I think you're giving me too much credit.

And how many of the Q votes were from Knicks fans?

Now talk a little bit about your methodology when it comes to taking polls. Do you always try to sway people in your own polls and consider it to be "unbiased"?

I wasn't trying to sway people *before* they voted. I stated my responses *after* people had seen the thread, had a chance to vote, and had already posted their positions. You still haven't answered whether you think I'm so persuasive that by stating my opinion, I changed the voting from what would have been your 6 to 1 ratio prediction to about 50/50.

No, you were swaying the opinion of people who hadn't voted yet. If you had waited until everybody had voted and then expressed your opinion, you'd be right but you were arguing for Q by the 4th post on the thread. And then you continued doing so after every pro-Finley post.

Again, do you always try to sway people in your own polls and consider it to be "unbiased"?

I was swaying the votes? So I guess you do think I'm extremely persuasive and your 6 to 1 Finley to Q ratio would have been achieved without my opinion statement. I'll take that as a compliment. You could simply post a reply asking how many people were swayed but my opinion, but if people said they weren't, I supposed you could always claim they were lying.
