If anything, the shot blocking that he can provide is exactly what we need to complement Frye...He is a pretty good rebounder also. Don't sleep on Hunter, if there is anyone that Agwire can help in the low post, it is Hunter. Worst comes worst, all he has to do is just block shots, which he already knows how to do...the rest will easily come...If Ben Wallace can do it, Hunter can also....

he's a scrub...no way am i paying him MLE dollars when you can probably find guys w/the same skillsets he has in the CBA or NBDL...that's just ridiculously moronic.

One thing deceiving about Kwame's stats is that he's had to deal with various leg injuries over his career.

He's had to overcome left ankle sprains, a strained right ankle tendon, a strained groin, broken foot...

All of these lower leg injuries are going to have an effect on how he performs on the floor. I see him as a diamond in the rough who has had nagging injuries play a part in his lack of production.

I know people want to get excited by Steven Hunter, but you wonder why he hasn't earned even a 30mpg role. I get the feeling he's just your garden variety NBA journeyman backup center, a guy who can average 15-20mpg, 5ppg, 5rpg. He's young enough that there MIGHT be upside... maybe he'll develop if you give him more PT.
