Explain me why doesn't Frye gets involved in the game after proving he is for real? Because Curry was playing great? Give me a break, Brown has to be very short-minded to think that. Frye had to be involved in the game, especially in the second half. Why could'nt we have both Curry and Frye active and together? We have lost so many games because of so many stupid decisions! Steph was extremely off tonight, so was Craw. Why keep shooting, dam it! *Sighs*

Sorry but I feel the same about Craw this the beginning of the season. Dido is right about him. He wants to be the hero, same as Marb and Nate. The only problem is that there are 3 of them with the same ego on a team. Craw and Marbs are capable of doing more to set up others. Marbs does at times but Craw seems to refuse to really set up Frye unless he is told to do so by Brown. He sets up Curry with alley oops but is willing to pass up a open Frye. Nate I believe is trying to promote himself or something, that guy still playing that Philly game in his head.

your right about that, but I still beleive that brown can fix it, our guards get the idea that they have to come up clutch and try too hard in crunch time and play at a pace that is not conducive to their success. it happened all the time last year.

Frye should feed Curry the ball in the post so if they slump off to double then Frye is open for the jumper !! Remember David Robinson feeding Tim Duncan ?? !!

Curry should learn to past out of the double more. He is capable but he is a big man ball hawk. There are alot of ball hawks on this team but the worst is probably Malik and Nate. Both think they are offensive gifted to do things that they can't do. Craw and Marb at least can say have we have the talent but those two think they are Jordan and AI. Curry is a gifted post player so he is excused for being a ball hawk.

Noticed Ariza didn't play at all? Doesn't look good to me after discovering Ariza rejected starting today...

why does Nate take all the Jordan shots?

do we not have a better option out there? NAte is shootign freaking 25% on the season... SURELY we have a better option. From my recollection, we did not draft Nate to be our go to guy. This is the 3rd game Nate has taken a clutch shot in the waning seconds. WTF is going on? It seems like we have no plays or something

Im not blaming nate--he should be a 10-15 minute bench spark plug and he did a lot of good things out there again. alot of his shots were late

i wish craw was more consistent. maybe just keep him in the sl to keep the same girations.

appeared as if the guards were a bit spent--i wish they couldve made the smart move and put FRYE in as a quasi 3--they didnt have a 3 tonight and Frye couldve played the same position mccarty did--we needed frye's offense when we went south, he has to be able to get 13-15 shots a game. you cant let the guards go 5 for 40 or whatever--get frye more shots

good post. Frye not being in there is a big reason why we had a terrible 4th quarter. We usually have great 4th quarters because of Frye

The Knicks shot 36.5 percent for the game and did not make a field goal over the final 3:40. They used their 12th different starting lineup -- four more than all last season.

This has got to stop! We need some stability, please. Brown said he wasn't going to change his lineups much, and this season he has made a joke out of it!

I think Ariza is already counting himself out of NY. I know Isiah doesn't really like how these players are being used but he went hard after Brown so he can't really say anything. I wouldn't be surprised if Ariza told Brown phuck ya or something. This was my biggest fear about getting Brown here. He destroys rosters, he gets wins in the short term but destroy teams in the long term and moves on.

Yea, why did he do that? I completely missed the pregame report so what exactly was said?

I wouldn't read too much into it though because it wasn't only Reezy that didn't play, JJ, and Butler didn't see any PT either. Maybe if we were down 15 in the third they would have gotten some mins lol...

I just really hope this isn't the rotation he's settling upon though....AD, Penny and Rose...Blech!

Looking forward, I hope they keep Quentin in mind and beat the Suns.

I don't think the Knicks have a system right now.. the offense and substitution pattern is horrendous. How can Big Snacks not play a minute today? Was Brown punishing him for playing the best game of the year last night? Malik Rose has played himself out of this league. AD needs to go back home to Chicago.

I can easily see April come around, with our record being 25-47 and Brown still not knowing how to figure it all out.

Maybe Trev didn't want to start because he didn't want special treatment. Crawford did the same thing against Seattle.

As for Frye, I dunno, I think a lot has to do with the Clippers being cognizant of him and playing good D. They had McCarty on him for a time (perimeter, SF D instead of a PF), and anytime he got the ball on the perimeter there was a guy immediately on him. And a couple of times NY had Frye try to set up in the post, but as with Curry, the Clips did a good job on the ball denial.

I know chris kaman missed like 5 point blank shots and didnt start the game very well against curry, but he is going to be a really good player. hes very big, very mobile and has a nice touch--that last post up and 4 footer is something he should replicate--he needs to calm down just a tad and use that soft touch and size rolling into the lane like that--he should never shoot 2-8--he should be a double double every game50%+

Kaman does not like contact, even the clipps announcers noticed that, I was high on him at one time, but the guy is a bozo, goog hustle player, may looked skilled at times, but that is as far as it goes...

I used to have high hopes for Kaman. But he did that against Eddy Curry, who basically had a mental lapse on what was going to be a key defensive stop for us. He just blanked out for 2 seconds and the next thing you know, Kaman is shooting a wide open jumper in the paint. That was back breaker for us.
