Houston media and Rocket forum are turning on Lin. It was a bad TO. No excuse. He should have held on to the ball and not dribble out.

Amazing that media and fans though does not get on Harden and Beverley on their TOs.

That was the turning point.

When you go 1-6 in a crucial playoff game and due to make 15 million you get turned on.

This.....Harden is an allstar and Beverly probably makes 3x's less than Lin....

ANOTHER Bad call by ed Malloy that determines the outcome of the game- I'm glad the blazers won, but ed Malloy makes so many game deciding bad calls you have to wonder if he's corrupt or amazingly inept.

Yeah, but Harden is suppose to be the man and has not carried this team in the playoffs. Beverley is suppose to be a defensive stud but look at Lillards numbers.

He's been officially criticised by the nba at least two or three times this season alone, for making the wrong call at the end of games. His history in the playoffs has been atrocious- that game one Knicks vs heat a couple of playoffs ago, a horrific heat vs Boston game- he is terrible!

so why is he allowed to do playoff games? Isn't that chosen based on merit?

so here is what phil is thinking ....

Ed Malloy is the worst NBA official to ever officiate a basketball game on ANY level

Personally think the old geezer who ejected Duncan for smiling at him is worse.

So who the heck is going to win each series? Has anyone changed their mind or got any hunches?

Violet Palmer isn't getting enough credit here. I do have a special amount of disdain for Joey Crawford though.
Knicksfan: Hypocrite league that fines players after the game for flopping but in the game and with obvious flopping they call the fouls.

Harden is still in the honeymoon phrase with the Rockets. A few more playoff failures and they will turn on him too...Lillard dominating Beverly and any other foe that tries to stay in front of him isn't an indictment on the defender, I think it's showing the world how truly gifted this dude from the pacific northwest is.

I couldn't stay up for the game but I thought I read that Beverly was sick yesterday.

102 fever I believe plus he is playing on a torn meniscus. I think the knicks know hoe long that injury can keep players out.

Re Harden: His FG was 39% and 3P was 34% on last year and this year his FG is 35% and 3P is 27%. Last year he was getting to the line to save his efficiency but this year he is not getting those 50/50 calls. Also, despite being in a major slump from three he is still jacking up 10 3pointers a game. Some of that is high because of the overtimes but his per 36 is still at 8.

On top of all that his defense is offensive. However, I think most fans probably will blame Howard and Lin more than anything.

Indy will still win. They'll open the 3rd on a run and ATL will press and take bad shots until Indy gains and keep the lead.
