Yeah, I felt like I was rooting for the wrong team when I cheered a Knicks good play. The better team won.

Same, I admit really dislike Melo but I do have to say that I respect what he did at the end of the game, that was serious balling there.
Clutch shot after clutch shot after clutch shot.

The guy is really gifted, sadly the more time goes, the more he looks like Marbury to me.

He owned Melo tonight.

I wouldn't have even done a Gallo for Melo exchange - let alone a deal where we threw tons of other players and picks in.

neither would I.. but people like us were called gallo lovers and insane for suggesting that any deal that included gallo and the rest of our team as a bit much.. actually too much..

I bet denver doesn't trade gallo for melo straight up, even if we threw in another draft pick and offered to pay the difference in their salaries..

Last year I said I would only trade Gallo for Durant and people here called me crazy.

Tonight they lost cause of Chandler fouling out and missing Shump at end.

Also Jorts should have been in there at end instead of Jefferies.

yeah, losing tyson hurt a lot. as did losing shump. sigh.

moral victories dont count.

Never called it a moral victory. Made a point of saying earlier this thread that I don't consider it one if we lost a close one, your description, not mine.

well this is our sixth loss in a row and we have had the easiest schedule in the league. We had high expectations so there is no reasons to be happy

Again, you're putting words in my mouth who said I was happy about losing?

At least he nearly won again in the end, you have to give credit where credit is due, once again even if I don't like the guy, he really tried and nearly succeeded alone.

Again Gallo is a team player, Melo is not. Tonight proved all you need to know about both. Carmelo makes everyone worse. Stat might as well not.be put there.

yup.. tonight gallo shoved it right in dolans pie hole.. I hope the drunk bastard chokes on this game.... the trade was stink from day one and stinks even more now... it is a toxic garbage dump in 110 degree heat..

The problem is that this team plays much better up tempo but then when melo comes in he is slow as **** and all isolation plays. sure kits good when it goes in but melo is a very streaky player

10 for 30 and didn't allow the other kids to touch the ball in either OT. Can't respect that.

Then they brought Melo, and it became Melo'S team, like Amare and all his achievements of last year had no value.

The guy just seems deflated.

I'm so glad for Gallo, I love that guy and would have loved to see him grow in NY.

Phuck you Dolan, you messed things once more.
