I had the same question. He seems to have played a few minutes early on in the game but by the time I turned it on, he was in street clothes and had a bandaged arm in a sling. Is he out for the playoffs?

I watched that game and don't remember him being in street clothes in the second half. Maybe you mistook the giant ice sling across his chest for street clothes.

I don't understand how the Nets finished with such a good record- they have no team character at all, there's no camaraderie- they just crumble when the going gets tough.

Also the reffing in that game was terrible!

Impressive how much grit and determination the Bulls (with the exception of the Resting Rose) are showing despite their injuries- it makes me angrier that Resting Rose is by contrast relaxing, but their not my team so it doesn't really effect me. Still, I think it's lame, lame, lame.

His brother supposedly said Derrick was 90% healthy. Imagine that...

I have been defending DRose's decision to sit out, but his brother should probably stop speaking for him.

Nets a good team? Yeah, but not a very good team. 49 wins is a huge improvement over last season and will all the new parts, and a deep bench they never really got it figured out. Seems to be a blend of youth, euro youth, firepower and power but its erratic. Reggie Evans gives you muscle and D but little offense. BroPez is really a power forward whose defense is better, but the rebounding is bad. Humph seemed to digress and is out of sorts. Wallace lost his shot and when the defense sags and lets him have it, he has little options.

Blatch has been excellent for them but still a bone head. Of course, if he was not, he'd still be playing for the Wiz!

Marshon Brooks has been disappointing but also not given much room to develop.

Avery Johnson was coach of the month then got canned. Weird. PJ did a good job but he really needed to get thru the Bulls to have consideration.

They have a good core and lots of good pieces but its a bit of a puzzle on how it comes together. They are interesting to me because of the mix and depth they have with the Tayshon taylor, brooks, the two Euros and some other in Europe who is suppose to be really good.

They have a lot of pieces and trade assets. To what value they are I don't know.

Its like they are trying to win now and develop at the same time. The losses have been close. Its been an interesting series.

That was a massive collapse yesterday but they still hung in there. I think the fact they could not get a hot guy with energy off the bench is troublesome. Can't trust the young guys yet. Longer term they should have not been so ambitious this past season and let some utes play. But thats a good business decision or the promise they made to Deron.

Erm, what pieces and trade assets are they then?

Whenever I watch them they look like they have no team chemistry and secretly hate each other. What was their record against good teams this year? (genuine question). They seemed to always lose in the big games (except that one vs us!)whenever I paid attention.

I miss Nate...

I want to see him sac up and play that way against the Heat.

Did it ever occur to you all that his brother is secretly speaking for him ?

I think he wants out of Chicago and this is a silent protest on his part.

Derrick Rose is VERY close to his brother. His brother is acting as Rose's mouth piece.

If it's not Resting Rose's decision, then it's their cheap skate owners trying to cash in on the insurance- either way, whoever made the decision, it's a disgrace.

Bucks suck. They are an easier opponent than a kobe-less laker team. It would have been nice to at least stretch it to 5 games. thank good chicago is gonna advance. at least the bulls will kae it tough for miami

Howard just got himself ejected after getting his second t. I wonder if he is done as a laker.

You have to believe Dallas or Houston would be a better situation for Howard. Dallas has Nowitski. Houston has Harden and young assets to trade to make a big 3.

Brandon Jennings deserves MLE money at best, if the Bucks pay him $40mil or more....just contract them please. He's in the bottom 30 point guards in the league. I'd rather have Patrick Beverly running my squad than that bum....

What a Shameful playoffs for him, he should feel absolutely embarrassed.

Andrew Bogut is a very skilled big man. Great passer, finisher and facilitator. If he could remain healthy, he's one of the top 5 big men in the game easy. He dominated the first half....

BTW, how awesome is the GS crowd....Feels like a college game...

denver could really use gallinari. for all their depth that was a big loss for them.
knicks win 38-43 games in 16-17. rose MUST shoot no more than 14 shots per game, defer to kp6 + melo, and have a usage rate of less than 25%
