Gotta disagree; we were the better team from about halfway through the first 1/4 to the end.

Correct until the Spurs completely started stomping on us over and over and over again after 6 minutes left. They took the lead and they lost it and we capitalized. Winning is winning. The Knicks still put themselves in that position… but they still stole it.

KAT wsa fantastic. Fck Them Refs for sidelining him. This game was over until they sandbagged KAT to give Wemby a chance. Fcking Cheaters. FU Adam Silver

Great games by OG and Bridges

NOTE: Deuce's ball handling has been disastrous. We've got issues with protecting the ball when he's on the floor with Alvarado

On point. We need to refine deuces role

Duece is one of our best spot up shooters....outside of Brunson and Alvarado, we dont have any other ball handlers

I’m with you. This knock on Deuce is unfair. For starters, that backcourt violation was a bad call. The commentators were questioning it. The pushes on top of the length from the Spurs is hard to protect the ball.

Home court tends to get the calls. Is what it is. But I wouldn’t make this a criticism of Deuce. He plays the right way. And can get hot from 3 and make his own midrange shot.

Game 3 Deuce will have his revenge.

Take away the 6 Hack a Mitches and the FT disparity is 15 to 27. The raw physicality was pretty insane. To win despite the lack of calls is the most impressive part. Brunson had a rough shooting night but had 5 steals. These guys keep their head in the game and very few mistakes.

GREAT POINT on taking the Mitch stuff out -- refs were brutal - Tony Brothers just does NOTHING but shrug.

I know I'm a broken record about Kolek, but he's a better shooter than Alvarado and he's much better ball handler than either of them and our offense typically locks in when he's on the floor. We really need to pair one of those two with Kolek, but the two of them should never be on the floor together. I'd even prefer Clarkson to handle the ball over GTA and Deuce.

It is my only remaining complaint, because otherwise Brown deserves all the compliments in the world for getting us to play elite ball at both ends of the court.

Don't disagree on Kolek part BUT thought Jose has been solid last 2 games.

Hell we were rolling until Brown subbed most of starters back -- think it was Jose/Deuce/Mikal/Shamet/Mitch where lead was around 10 and then we subbed and slubbed rest of way.

Think Kolek is going to be a LEGIT problem next year.

TRUE but always worrisome when we have Jalen continuing to go the whole court under duress --- Hart needs to stay out of foul trouble because he's best at relieving the full court pressure and even Mikal is getting better handling --- just need to stay away from the slow slow Jalen imitation until late game.

Do wonder if maybe the knee injury he suffered last game when Barnes fell into him maybe felt worse tonight -- he didn't look himself - one of his worst games I've seen in some time.

Jose has been a bit better this series than the earlier series. He's OK. As long as he doesn't turn it over I can live with him since we're here, we're lit and this team is the sh!t

Supposed to be Harts job but he's outside right now trying to throw ball in the Atlantic and trying to go 30 seconds without hacking.

Josh SO FRUSTRATING - game 1 aside from sucky shooting he was an ANIMAL all over and on D but then he has these games where he is in his own head and is getting beat off the dribble, fouling anything that walks and just clunking things up.

I expect game 3 will be the JOSH HART - Animal 2 game and he will make some 3's in that one.

Still don't feel comfortable up 2-0 simply because Spurs talented/young and don't trust the league 1 bit in terms of manipulating ****.

GAME 3 must win or this could get dicey quick.

KAT / MIKAL - hell even OG / SHAMET with god games. Love Kat/Mikal so much right now - think they may be my long lost sons.

Hart was very good Game 1. He'll be back

I did say he was an ANIMAL in game 1 and yes think he will be great with 2 full days rest and going home on Monday.

Hopefully we come out possessed defensively and play our greatest game - at least defensively.

Man the quick release 3 from left corner with clocking running down late in 4th and I think us clinging to 1 point lead.

Ha ha, after game 1, I wrote "Tiger's Blood" about Hart so we agree

We could use some of this full court dribble attacks. He just couldn't stop making dumb fouls tonight

It would be one of the highlights of his life. He's one of the little kids who grew up and got to play for his favorite team.

Brunson is basketball family bred like Steph, but KAT is a cute little dork from Joisey. I hope he snags the honor. He'll be crying like a baby
