Interesting interview:

On the biggest differences for him: The number of games, how quickly you have to recover because you have another game in one or two days. Talks also about playing against the players he previously saw on TV.

When they show his highlights against WSH one of the men, who I assume is a coach, states the importance of always working hard and Pacome agrees repeatedly.

On playing in the playoffs- “Its always a pleasure after all the hard work. I tried to help however I could even if the score wasn’t going our way…”

Hope he kills it in summer league and training camp. If he succeeds and cracks the rotation what do you think Dadiet translates to, what's his best comp ? At least for the next few seasons

My concerns with Pacome were primarily around his speed/quickness --- 1st step didn't look great and in general he seems to move sluggishly for such a young kid. Also didn't like how quickly he picked up his dribble when pressured -- maybe that is a Euro thing but would like to see him use his strength to push thru some tights spots with the ball.

His shot looks pure to me - like the way he cuts, quick release ---- I think he maybe lost a bunch of confidence being banished by Thibs.

Why, at age 25, given his scoring/shooting track record, was he a Vet Min signing last year? I think the new CBA really hurt him - very few teams willing to go over the aprons and use the Non Tax-Payer MLE and very few teams able to offer a contract more sizeable. I think he probably could have made more, but figured taking a vet min on a very good team with that could offer him a sizeable role would do more for his value. I think there's very little shot he takes a min or even TPMLE after taking the paycut last year, but we'll have to see how his market develops.

Anyway I don't think there's that much difference between him and Beasley. I'd probably lean to Trent, all things being equal.

What are you guys planning to do with Bridges who is extension eligible and going into the last year of his contract?

He will be extended. That’s an apron concern for 2027. Not next season. Even so, the Knicks would go into next offseason below the second apron because Mitch expires. His contract will likely dictate if they decide to go into the second apron. Remember that’s 13M off the books, which should make up the difference in a Mikal extension.
