Can I offer my two cents?
I think the Knicks have played remarkably well over the course of the season for a team missing both a big offensive weapon and a defensive one.
But...look at it this way: what if OKC lost Westbrook and (let's say) Sefolosha for 20-30 games, and then Durant went down. So they've basically got Martin and Ibaka for offense. Do you guys really think they wouldn't have a bad loss like this one?
That's the equivalent of what happened tonight, even worse because the Knicks didn't have Sheed or Camby to bring in.
I'm pissed they lost. I just texted my buddy as to how irate I was. But, I believe in keeping things in perspective.
The sky isn't falling. This loss is not all on Felton. Chandler is still awesome. So is Kidd. JR is still feast or famine. Novak had a bad game but is still a terrific shooter on a regular basis. I'm not resting on my laurels; this team has work to do on both ends of the court. But, the Knicks are 18-6. 10-1 at home. With a TON of injuries. That's to be commended. [/steps off pulpit]
