Papabear Says
TKF is trolling around again. Lin had a bad game. Lin didn't beat us.
where did I say lin beat us.....go back to sleep papa
well to be honest we spent too much time worrying about lin and let harden, asik, and parsons destroy us
funny thing, jason kidd sounded a bit bitter.. he said they were focused on the guys playing at a high level, parsons and harden, and pretty much said lin was playing well but they were not focused on him... so go figure.. if we were focused on harden and parsons then we did a piss poor job of focusing.
I watch all rocket games, lin and harden get into the lane a lot, the cause problems, and parsons is also good off the dribble as well as catch and shoot.... asik just does what he does, every single night.... the rockets are young and put together well.. they have to focus more on defense and keeping the turnovers down.. that hurts them a lot..
Lin has played like ass all season. Why would anyone focus on him. Further, focusing on a player does not mean you will stop them (Harden). Chandler Parsons was not doubled in the first half and was given the jump shot throughout the first half. I did not watch the second half so cant comment on the defense played on Parsons then.
Bottomline, Knicks got smashed and embarrassed and decimated. No ifs or buts. Kidd probably got asked a question about Lin and gave an honest answer as all the media cared to talk about was Lin in relation to this game. Anyone facing the Rockets is probably focusing on Harden then Parsons / Asik. At this point teams WANT Lin to shoot the ball.
I don't see how you concluded Kidd was bitter. The only bitter people would be Knick fans since the Knicks barely showed up for this game.
