Imagine that was a foul that actually cost us this game.

Owning cruchtime to go up 2-0 in Boston is just wild. 3-1 lead and Boston losses their best player. That being said they are not done and would not be shocked to see them shoot their way to extending the series. Maybe White will go 8-8 from downtown in the first qtr

Its just wild that after being cheated by the injury bug vs. the Pacers last year we are heading for a Knicks/Pacers conference final. Just wow.

The rematch we deserve.

You guys scare me with these definitive statements.

If we make it -- I guarantee the Pacers (if they make it) would be no picnic. They look as good as any team in playoffs right now.

That said - they are such little ****heads and I can't stand them.

I do get Tatum's amazing shot making ability and they can fall back on him when the game needs iso... but Pritchard's pace and deep shooting concerns me. KP due to have a better game at some point. There will be a significant adjustment by Mazzulla and we need Thibs to be ready to adjust again.

We have tendency to bounce back and then come out flat after a much needed win. Really hope we can take it to them on Wednesday from the get go and not be overconfident.

We are 5-0 on the road so far in the playoffs and have seem more locked in for road games. Closing them out tomorrow has to be the goal...get out of this series, get some rest.

We've dicked around almost every series the past few years - blowing games when we could close out.

Win and rest are so important. Hoping for a Cleveland win tonight to extend that series some. Would prefer Cleveland vs Pacers based on what I've seen so far from both. Cavs are reeling and Pacers peaking.

The thing that worries me about the Pacers is that they have a real bench and know how to use it. Also Hal has been almost as clutch as JB. Knicks in 6!

Pacers have a real offense, they pass with a purpose. They run too and like Big daddy said, use the bench to rest the starters. We might get run out of the gym and our guys might be tired but the time clutch minutes come. But then again, I did not think we were going to be 3-1 against the Celtics either.

my take also.. Pacers win a couple games. They are good, but our starters so just so much better 1-5. Pacers have the weakest defense. They can score and run and get wildly hot but I love our matchups and success against their coach.

Knicks would be favored and not winning that series would be disappointing

I think it's bad juju to worry about the pacers until that happens. that said we have far more elite talent than they do, and we have Mikal and/or OG to counter Haliburton

Last season some didn't want to play Philly. We play who we play.

Boston was favored in this series. Doesn't mean anything at this point. All teams are contenders now.

My first chance to post since game.

All I can say is wow. This is what Leon envisioned when he put this roster together.
Yes they have been inconsistent and yes I did not think it was possible but last night was a thing of beauty.
As I have said several times before, we go by how well OG and Bridges plays on offense.
Yes we have JB to rely on night in and night out but if OG and Bridges are also scoring, we do well.
Add the fact that KAT showed up on the same night and were unbeatable.
They just need to consistent.

Also felt that the key to beating Boston was to have a game where we beat them when they were at their best. We did last night. Therefore regardless of Tatum injury, feel we would have gone on to beat them.

Key now is to not let up and how the Knicks adjust to a new Celts offense.
Brown, in my opinion, has better Bball IQ than Tatum. Sees the court better, gets others involved and draws smart fouls going strong to the basket.
Celts also have a solid core in Holiday, KP, Horford and Pritchard who are all capable of stepping up. We have to take the first half of game 5 and keep the solid finishing play.

But all I know is that I just witnessed one of the top 5 Knick wins in history. Biggest win since 2000!!

Not the case. The reason Tatum has so much of the playmaking role in the first place is because Brown is Einstein's theoretical vision of a black hole. On top of that, he's also dealing with a gimpy knee. I think we're good.
